還是依舊先説位置，就在農貿市場背後，也靠路邊，交通方便！大廳佈置得還可以，前台也很熱情，房間確實有點老舊了，雖説處理過，但是依舊明顯！入住得家庭房，全封閉得窗户，房間很大一股味道，後面的小夥伴可以權衡一下！這個味道很臭，開着門都散不去，有點難受！其實商家完全應該好好處理一下，比如增加換氣設施或者凈化器，最差也搞個香薰呀，真的太難聞了！
衞生還是多乾淨的，唯一就是味道真的不能忍受！還有房屋設計得人也是絕了，怎麼會全封閉窗户？

在如家酒店•neo（東興口岸店）小住2天 ，體驗感極好。前台工作人員服務態度，職業素質等各方面無可挑剔。整個酒店細節方面做得很好，洗衣房有2台洗衣機，1台乾衣機。乾衣機可以隨時開關門 ，大大方便住客。洗衣機，乾衣機都用中文、英文、越南文標註。住店價位親民。酒店走廊處柱子都用軟橡膠包裹，防止住客碰傷。房間沒有關嚴實 ，會自動報警。

入住的這個如家環境不錯，室內乾淨衞生，有窗户，通風效果好，樓下就有吃的，離市場近，離東興口岸也近，很方便

東興與越南隔河相望，一個邊陲小鎮，古老與現代交織，酒店距離東興國門很近，屬於比較老的區域，設施條件有限，如家的拖鞋和紙杯一直不敢恭維，總體説一般般吧

房間超級爛，就像一個小賓館一樣，衞生間淋浴區居然沒有門就掛着一條布擋着，而且花灑出的水也非常小。有個紫頭髮的前台態度也非常差，下次出遊絕對不會選擇這家酒店！

第一次去東興旅遊，首先前台服務態度很好，入住辦理很有效率，房間在5樓剛出電梯就聞到一股很濃尿騷味，進房間環境還行除了老舊點問題不大，但是洗手間沐浴露和洗髮水都是見底的，讓服務員幫我們加也沒有加，電視也是沒信號的狀態也沒人理的，這都無所謂最主要的是晚上睡覺的時候噪音超級大，因為附近有一個ktv能清晰的聽見有人在唱歌音樂也是超大聲，根本沒法休息知道凌晨4點才消停。

前台小姐姐的工作人員還是很熱情，人也好，但是這是真的沒想到如家能糟糕成這個樣子，整個酒店沖刺着一股很難聞的味道，水放出來也是黃色的，説是回南天，主要是酒店中間天井的地方封死了，不通風 可能是這棟樓設計就很有問題

住了兩天，酒店説太多人住房，熱水不夠需要等。第一天晚上等到10點沒有熱水，洗了冷水澡，第二天晚上等到11點，還是沒有熱水，又洗了冷水澡。重點水很小。下次不會再來了，酒店太舊，設施都沒更新。
