房子近海，風景很好無濾鏡，床品乾淨，晚上和朋友一邊吹海風一邊喝酒聊天，可以愜意地呆一天，晚上的景色也很不錯的，房子的性價比也高，體驗感還是很不錯的。

很滿意很推薦的一家民宿，位置海邊很近，看日出很方便，公寓樓下有電動車出租，小區門口還有共享單，管家親切好貼心，隨時找他他都很熱情的解答，推薦的景點和美食都好贊，房間很乾凈很温馨，真心好推薦的一家民宿

來這邊玩網上提前預訂的，很划算很方便，視野開闊景色很美，服務特別棒，房間佈置風格很喜歡，收拾乾淨沒異味，贊一個，還有就是騎個小電動就可以逛景點美食，這邊很多小吃，對吃貨來説真的太愛了

酒店服務很差，9天前給酒店説家裡長者進醫院ICU，病危通知，本來一家和親戚放暑假出去玩玩的，但是家裡長者發病危通知，怎麼有心情去玩呢，其他的2間酒店都理解可以退，就是這個酒店不能退，沒有人情味，而且是入住9天前通知酒店的，也不擔誤房間可以租出去的，不建議入住😡

房間很漂亮，衞生很乾凈， 物品擺放的整整齊齊看起來很舒服，適合旅遊度假遊玩，管家推薦的攻略很棒，東山島的海和天空一樣藍，在海邊吹吹，煩惱都沒拉，下次有機會還會來住

首先説服務，因為23號要接近凌晨才到，所以提前聯繫酒店，沒過多久酒回電説管家把我房漏定了，衹能給到我2間大床房，且態度非常惡劣，説我如果不接受調解就退房讓我自己去另外找酒店！我説可以，按照規律退一賠三沒問題，後來攜程介入，酒店又説有房了。我想説給到我的房是一間還沒有完工的房間，廚房燈是壞的，裏面還放了兩台沒有掛上牆的電視機，櫃子裏面還有裝修材料，有間卧室的床墊尾部比頭部高，廁所裏面的水池衹要水稍微放大些就會堵，熱水器永遠衹夠半個人洗澡的温度！現在説説為什麼會沒房，因為今年老闆沒有想到島上生意會如此火爆，我20號提前定的房，當晚的價格已經漲了1000元，還有給到的房間和在攜程上的房間詳情完全不符，酒店給到的答覆是圖片是參考，這就是欺騙消費者！我在攜程定的所有酒店衹有這家與給到的房間詳情不符！而且中間行為管家漏房的行為，我多次找酒店未果，攜程找也是未果。最後是攜程在與酒店沒有協商好的情況下先行賠付了800元給我！我想説希望店家要把旅遊當成產業來做，不要覺得能賺一筆是一筆，不然遲早關門大吉！

服務很貼心，來之前還給我們打電話，我們在這裏預留時間之前來到的，還給我們看了行李，讓我們安心的去遊玩，房間設定的很新穎很時尚，有度假的感覺，最重要的是這裏消費不高，我們住的也很好也很舒適。
