廣東人來胡建，發現這邊所有的住宿餐飲的服務人員態度都很好。這個民宿也會提前加你微信，把位置，遊玩攻略都告訴你。民宿還有洗衣機烘乾機，挺方便。地理位置挺好，出去就是海，晚上聽得到海浪拍打的聲音。

房間很温馨，服務周到，賓至如歸的感覺，出門就是大海，老闆人也非常好溝通，因為颱風天行程有變需要提前退房，老闆也爽快的答應並退了另外兩天的房錢，非常nice

1.酒店位置理想（位於南門灣），出門即海； 2.周邊應有盡有（吃的、喝的、簪花、大海）； 3.離年輕人喜歡的打卡點也好近； 4.老闆熱情好客，會主動發整個東山島的旅遊攻略給住客； 5.酒店乾淨衞生，清洗積極。

服務：非常熱情的老闆，提前加了微信後，發送了到達民宿最方便的路線，推薦了最近的停車場（不是南門灣停車場，推薦的停車場停車位超級多即便節假日，停車一晚上15元），推薦了東山島上的行程攻略和小吃美食。到店後，工作人員也非常熱情，招呼着吃茶几上的水果和零食。環境：地理位置當然非常不錯，幾步路就到海堤路上，熙熙攘攘的假期人流。另外一邊也可以穿街走巷，一不小心就走到了開漳聖王的廟宇（特別近），再往前就到東山縣圖書館（很有特色），繼續就是主要街道。初九離開時候還在主街上碰到了民俗活動，浩浩盪盪的遊神隊伍。不想吃海堤上的美食和海鮮，可以到主街，地方性的選擇性很豐富。有試紫菜炒飯、沙茶麪、小籠包、皮蛋瘦肉粥、餛飩、辣椒炒肉配米飯等等。衞生：房間內和民宿內打理的還是挺講究的。設施：老闆挺用心，用了不少裝飾品豐富。和星級酒店比當然有些差距，作為民宿就不錯了。碰上過年民俗活動，夜晚通宵時不時的聽到旁邊巷子和周圍巷子裏面的鞭炮聲，睡眠不好的筒子在過年期間可能不太適合住在老街這邊，或者選擇帶上隔音耳塞也是可以。

位置很好，就是在南門灣中心，去哪都近，樓頂的房間有露台，有個鞦韆床，很舒服，風景好。去網紅點左耳天台10分鐘，旁邊就是路牌打卡點。

看了網上的評價才預訂的，住過以後就知道基本上都會給好評。掌櫃很好，會提前和你確認行程時間，介紹景點、路線，出行攻略、美食攻略都為你準備好啦。酒店裡麪也準備了耳塞、眼罩等等一般普通民宿不會有的物品。下次朋友去我也推薦這家！

樓下就夜市街離沙灘有段距離！10分鐘到！店家基本有問必答房間都基本如圖所示！除左滴滴無辦法到達門口！其他我覺得都系可以噶

老闆真的人好好，會提前電話聯繫確認入住時間也會貼心地給出到達的可選方案到達民宿之後態度超級好地迎接和辦入住和發送遊玩出行攻略再就是民宿位置很方便環境好好很值得誇的就是真的很乾凈光線也超級好每個房間也都會有一份老闆送的水果真的很貼心體驗超級好的一次住宿讓旅行更舒心了下次如果再去東山島也一定pick這家認準了！！！
