Hotel in zona Xiping West Railway Station, Dongguan

房間部分已經點評過了，這次主要點評早餐部分。自從凱利酒店升級為我的常住酒店後，我自然而然的面臨需要多次給這家酒店寫點評的問題，不過這難不倒我，早已把凱利酒店的早餐部分預留出來了，也就是這家凱利自助餐廳了。 這家餐廳在凱利酒店的一樓，中間是長方形的取餐枱，包括麪檔也設定在其中，就餐區則圍繞着取餐枱佈置，整體環境還算可以。不過就餐食而言並不是讓人非常滿意。 首先水果的種類非常少，一般早上衹有兩種，這在高星級酒店中基本屬於最少的那類了，中式點心和西式點心豐富度還可以，但西點口味真的挺一般。倒是蒸點非常的出彩，甚至出現了五種蒸點我都想嘗試的情況，這是這家自助餐廳早餐僅有的亮點了。熱菜部分菜衹有少量的一兩個，蒸鍋裏是白煮蛋，蒸香腸，蒸餃等湊數，當然也有炒飯和炒麪，還好麪檔裏配料還算豐富，早上時間不緊張可以考慮吃麪。麪檔那邊還有三款粥，還有荷包蛋和各種小菜，這部分還算不錯。 總體而言，凱利的自助早餐距離酒店精品五星的定位還略有距離，是需要改善之處了。

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務很好。早上出門沒有筆，和前台借了一支。還可以免費延時退房，這個大大點贊，非常方便。

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, they speak English too. The area is perfect. Walking distance from a huge shopping mall and several others around. More shops nearby too. They have a basketball court right there, just outside the hotel grounds. Very entertaining.

很值得來這家酒店，房間很舒適很喜歡。大堂有免費的咖啡小吃和服裝，可以在後花園拍照簡直美極了。酒店前台小姐姐服務特別好，很貼心也很細心。還有免費的健身房，小小一間五臟俱全。晚上的夜景也好漂亮，後花園白天晚上都值得打卡，很適合聚會，和朋友聊天喝茶。推薦指數五顆星🤩🤩🤩🤩

Hotel enorme a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Camere grandi, bagno con vasca, colazione abbastanza buona, principalmente in stile cinese. Buona scelta per un viaggio d'affari.

Aveva un buon soggiorno, arrivò presto e il personale ha aiutato a controllare perché l'hotel è stato completamente prenotato il giorno prima che il personale offriva un aggiornamento gratuito per la nostra suite e abbiamo avuto un buon tempo!!! Molto amichevole e utile personale, pianificato di visitare di nuovo!

Recently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask. RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks. On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

L'hotel di cartelli è stato vivo molti anni fa. Questa volta sono venuto a fare un lavoro con i bambini. Non ci sono letti doppi, ho organizzato una casa per i genitori. La stanza ha divertenti e molti giocattoli. E'molto carino e il paesaggio è buono. Ma i giocattoli di Lego sono stupidi. Dovremmo essere i camerieri a pulire senza cucina. Le letti di sopra sono pulite, ma mi sento molto vecchio da cambiare.L'hotel ha una piscina che non siamo andati. Il ristorante mi ha dato il peggio. Non c'e' niente da mangiare per colazione alle nove. Il servizio non e' molto male, e'il senso che non sei venuto... Il servizio del ristorante è troppo pesante rispetto al servizio della reception e della stanza ospite. Si consiglia di imparare ad altri colleghi alla porta della stazione In generale, l'hotel è ancora abbastanza soddisfatto. Spero che il servizio dell'hotel possa prestare maggiore attenzione al trattamento dei dettagli la prossima volta.

Rebecca e Naomi ci hanno offerto un ottimo servizio clienti sul desk front. Aiutati con taxi, COVID-19 test, e tutto in generale tutto e tutto sul resort e l'hotel. Il nostro soggiorno è stato divertente per il servizio che ci ha offerto. “Alieni” amichevole e il personale parla inglese per la comodità dei visitatori. Abbiamo goduto la grande piscina. La piscina era e è familiare, coppie, adulti e bambini. Ci sono tanti guardiani di vita intorno per aiutare e curare i nuotatori. Un paio di galleggianti e spazio volleyball per godersi nella piscina. Grande hotel e pietra gettate lontano dal centro della città e abbassate club e pub notturni. Tra 10-15 min di guida. Ci vediamo la prossima volta.

I recently visited the Hillview Golf Resort in Dongguan, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was decent, and the staff members were incredibly kind and friendly. The swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained, adding to the enjoyment of the visit. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we are already planning to return for more weekends here soon. Considering the quality of service and overall experience, I find the pricing quite reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to my friends for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
