L'ambiente è molto tranquillo e la luce è particolarmente buona. Le strutture della stanza sono complete e l'igiene è pulita e il bagno pulito non ha un odore distintivo.La velocità della rete WiFi è anche piacevole hahaha. La ricetta signorina e sorella hanno un buon atteggiamento di servizio. È possibile ospitare il soggiorno molto presto, ci sono parcheggio gratuito e colazione, e si può anche fare la lavaggio di vestiti da soli sotto il codice e vivere in questo hotel la prossima volta.

Questa volta mi sento davvero molto soddisfatto. Da soggiorno all'uscita dal negozio, ogni dettaglio mi ha fatto sentire l'intenzione e la professionalità dell'hotel.
In primo luogo, l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto elegante, la hall è spaziosa e luminosa, lo stile decorativo è senza perdere la calda e calda, dando alla gente un senso di ritorno.La stanza è pulita e pulita, le strutture sono complete, i letti sono morbidi e confortevoli e dormono molto. TThomasQuesto hotel ha alcune caratteristiche molto buone che sono stato molto felice e alcune questioni meno importanti che non sono di affari interruttori.
In primo luogo, il bene: porte di carica USB (USB-A, USB-C) su entrambi i lati del letto; tende assolute di blackout mantengono la stanza completamente oscura; sia le mutandine fornite, sia le mutandine soft; condizionamento/riscaldamento controllabile; finestra che può essere aperta; acqua calda a temperatura stabile; personale amichevole; posizione fantastica (vicinato tranquillo, pulito, molti ristoranti, vicino al metro); grande zona doccia con la scelta della testa doccia; mattresse ferma (ma non rock-hard); quattro bottiglie d'acqua potabile fornite ogni giorno; E, soprattutto, tutte le camere sono non fumatori, questo ultimo punto è più comune nelle grandi città, ma non si prevede in Dongguan. (Attenzione ad altri hotel con ”alcune camere non fumatori” - questo significa che sia fumare che non fumare in queste camere è consentito. ) Non ho prelevato campioni del menu del colazione. Il non-sgombrante nella camera è il limitato controllo della luce interna. La configurazione minima è abbastanza chiara per la maggior parte degli usi e non c'è modo di impostare l'illuminazione interna molto bassa. Non ci sono forniture di penna/carta e nessun telefono nella stanza. Si prevede di utilizzare WeChat per comunicare con il desktop front. La cosa buona è che il personale non parla inglese (e non mi aspetto che questo non sia un hotel per viaggiatori stranieri). C'è un lavabo a servizio personale con quattro lavastoviglie e set di asciugacapelli a livello 3A. Questi sono liberi di usare e (a quanto pare) hanno un detergente per autodosaggio. Non ho mai dovuto aspettare di usare questo impianto. Il livello 3A (il piano superiore, in realtà) è condiviso dall'hotel con un club di biliardo, quindi gli ascensori sono spesso occupati con clienti non alberghi che fumano, in modo che questo livello può odore di furgoni a volte. (Mi sono fermato in un altro piano e non ho avuto problemi con la qualità dell'aria. In sintesi, rimarrei sicuramente qui la prossima volta che visiterò Dongguan.

The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

UUtente ospiteRecently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask.
RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks.
On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen.
The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

IIrfan 一帆The Hyatt Regency Dongguan offers a very comfortable and relaxing stay, and the staff’s ability to communicate in English was a big plus, making everything more convenient.
I particularly enjoyed having breakfast outdoors while watching the sunrise—it was such a serene and memorable experience. The staff went out of their way to accommodate this request, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast itself was decent, with a nice variety to start the day on a positive note.
However, one downside was that no one assisted me with my luggage. My room was quite far from the main reception, and dragging my suitcase all the way across the carpeted floors was a bit frustrating.
Despite this, the property’s design and ambiance were wonderful, offering a peaceful and quiet getaway. With a little extra attention to guest assistance, this could be an even better experience.

UUtente ospiteThe best hotel in town! Very good western breakfast. Very clear environment. There is a great restaurant with Japanese cuisine. The downside for a hotel of such a high standard is that the staff does not speak English.
Large parking lot in front of the hotel.
A very big disadvantage in the cold season - the central air conditioning system of the hotel does not support the heating function and you will simply freeze in your room. Once upon I spent a few weeks in winter in this hotel, they provided me with 3 mobile heaters and this was the only way I could escape the cold.

EElenaThe hotel looks beautiful, renovated, nicely decorated and facilitated. The furniture is very decent, according to the classic style of the hotel. The cleaning service is extraordinary.The breakfast provided could be more assorted and decent. Gym is pretty old, however it's convenient. The steam room and the sauna are too small, could be arranged better. The communication with the staff in English is very problematic, but electronic dictionaries saved us many times. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and will be back if we have still things to do with at Dongguan.
