TThomasQuesto hotel ha alcune caratteristiche molto buone che sono stato molto felice e alcune questioni meno importanti che non sono di affari interruttori.
In primo luogo, il bene: porte di carica USB (USB-A, USB-C) su entrambi i lati del letto; tende assolute di blackout mantengono la stanza completamente oscura; sia le mutandine fornite, sia le mutandine soft; condizionamento/riscaldamento controllabile; finestra che può essere aperta; acqua calda a temperatura stabile; personale amichevole; posizione fantastica (vicinato tranquillo, pulito, molti ristoranti, vicino al metro); grande zona doccia con la scelta della testa doccia; mattresse ferma (ma non rock-hard); quattro bottiglie d'acqua potabile fornite ogni giorno; E, soprattutto, tutte le camere sono non fumatori, questo ultimo punto è più comune nelle grandi città, ma non si prevede in Dongguan. (Attenzione ad altri hotel con ”alcune camere non fumatori” - questo significa che sia fumare che non fumare in queste camere è consentito. ) Non ho prelevato campioni del menu del colazione. Il non-sgombrante nella camera è il limitato controllo della luce interna. La configurazione minima è abbastanza chiara per la maggior parte degli usi e non c'è modo di impostare l'illuminazione interna molto bassa. Non ci sono forniture di penna/carta e nessun telefono nella stanza. Si prevede di utilizzare WeChat per comunicare con il desktop front. La cosa buona è che il personale non parla inglese (e non mi aspetto che questo non sia un hotel per viaggiatori stranieri). HHyouwaThe room I booked was an executive suite. It was large. It had two large rooms, a large bathroom and a walk in closet and a separate toilet. The decor is a little dated. But this did not make it feel any less grand. The previous hotel was more modern but this room is grander in scale.
the bedroom had a panoramic view of the city. We were on the 15th floor. The elevator was fast and would get you from 1 to 15 in 20 seconds.
The bathtub could be enjoyed in the dark with the blinds lifted something I took advantage of each day.
The toilets are not smart which I got used to in my previous hotel. But they did the job.
The shower had good water pressure, the rainfall shower was installed into the ceiling and it had great intensity.
The shampo, conditioner and gel were great and the toothpaste was Colgate.
There were some amenities listed but we're not available during our stay such as the executive lounges and bars, but the staff explained all the benefits could be enjoyed in the dining hall. There is a onsite pool, gym and sauna on the 5th floor along with a spa. I did not get to try the pool as I had no swim wear. But you could rent if you wanted.
The buffet breakfast and dinner was all very good with a lot of options. The freshly cooked noodle and grill station were amazing. I would recommend arriving when it starts or an hour into service as sometimes they begin to pack up before the service is closed.
Drinks were unlimited and so was the self serve gelato, which I frequented
The room was non-smoking and free from smells as requested which is a plus and I am thankful for, as this could ruin the experience for me and my pregnant partner.
The staff were all very welcoming and would greet us every day. Amenities and towels were replenished
The interior of the hall was grand the dining hall was decorated, high ceilings and lots of lights secured behind a safety net.
Dongguan I did not get to see much of. But it's a city that is in the midst of development with new metros being planned and in the midst of being built. I am excited to see how it changes.
Our stay was short but it is indeed one of our most memorable hotels. One due to the size and grandeur of the room and the second was the service provided.

Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made every visit to the lounge delightful.

We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. UUtente ospiteStay here before when it was run as holiday inn express. Everything is the same except the breakfast is on the 14th floor instead of the previous basement floor. Everything was good. Room cleaned everyday and all the toiletry provided. Location is in the center od the humen with all the shopping including walmart in the same building in the mall. Restaurants and tea is everywhere. Dim sum resturant right across the street next to dominos pizza. Rainbow mall is just another 5mins walk away. My go to place to stay when im in humen.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is well located at Changping city center in Dongguan. It provided all basic amenities and is clean. However, I was disappointed that the windows could not open. There is still lingering smell of smoke in the room dispute it is supposed to be a non-smoking room in a non-smoking floor. Suggestions for improvement when your hotel is up for renovation: 1. Make windows that can be open for better ventilation. 2. Remove all carpets from all rooms so it is more sanitary and easier to keep clean. The carpets has many stain in them and emits odour. I want to compliment on the staffs of the hotel. They were very courteous and helpful. They helped made our stay pleasant.
