From automated lighting and temperature controls to voice-activated assistance, every aspect of the room was designed to enhance comfort and ease. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I felt welcomed and well-cared for throughout my visit. One of the standout features of my stay was the smart toilet. This is a great value-adding amenity, particularly because it's rare to find a ”Shatafa” in China. Arab travelers will especially appreciate this thoughtful inclusion.
