It was an impressive, futuristic experience from start to finish. The smart room technology added a level of convenience and luxury that truly set this hotel apart. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I felt welcomed and well-cared for throughout my visit. One of the standout features of my stay was the smart toilet. This is a great value-adding amenity, particularly because it's rare to find a ”Shatafa” in China. Arab travelers will especially appreciate this thoughtful inclusion.
