Friendly personal as usual, asked to check out an hour later and they had no problems with that. My friend and I stayed in room 5408 and it comes with a superb view. Will always comeback here when staying in Humen.

Nice view from the room at 53 floor. 360 degrees view of Humen from the restaurant at the 56 floor.
Gym has quite adequate equipment for work out. Only setback is swimming pool is not a heated pool, will be quite cold to swim in winter period

This hotel is comfortable, but unfortunately, the lobby bar is not operational. Unless you are here for wholesale clothing shopping, as the wholesale clothing market is right next door, it's not a very good choice for tourism. However, the buffet here is reasonably priced, located on the top floor with beautiful night views. There is a wide variety of seafood, and they offer Chinese, Japanese, and Western cuisine, along with beer and spirits. That's why I love this hotel.

As a returning customer, I can confidently say that this hotel in Humen, Dongguan remains one of my top choices. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with generously-sized bathrooms equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Located right in the heart of town on a major street, the hotel offers convenient access to malls, shopping centers, and dining facilities, all within walking distance.
I have no complaints whatsoever about my stay here. The service is consistently excellent, and the overall experience is always enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. To begin with, the hotel's facilities were outdated and in poor condition. The furniture in the rooms was old and worn out, and the decor was in dire need of an update, which made the environment less comfortable and uninviting.
In addition, I was frustrated with the hotel's response to my request for a phone charger. Despite multiple requests, it took a long time before I was finally provided with one. This was highly inconvenient, especially considering that I needed my phone for work purposes.
Furthermore, the television in my room was not working, which added to my dissatisfaction. This was a basic amenity that should have been functioning properly, and it was disappointing to have to deal with such issues during my stay.
The front desk staff's attitude was also unacceptable. They were cold and unprofessional, which made me feel unwelcome. I expected a warm and friendly welcome, but instead, I was met with indifference.
Lastly, the hotel staff did not proactively assist me during my stay. I needed help with my luggage, but no one offered to help, and I had to carry it myself. This lack of service was frustrating and unacceptable.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The outdated facilities, poor response to my requests, and lack of assistance from the staff made my stay less enjoyable. I hope the hotel management takes note of these issues and takes the necessary steps to improve its services and facilities for future guests.

The hotel seems to be built for luxury. The room decor and design is fancy. But seems like they don’t maintain it well so there are some damage here and there. They are tiny damage, not bothering me so much, for example some part of the floor is moving when you step on them, or there is a tiny bit watermark and mold on the carpet. They are not too bothering, just that it sets them apart with the bigger brands such as Hilton.
Other than that, the room is big and comfy. The bed is not as soft as I would expect. The location is great, there is a tiny mall next door so food is easy to find. The hotel occupies the higher floor of the building. The lobby is on 10th floor. Amenities are there in the room, everything provided like if you would stay on Four Seasons.
