The hotel staff initially gave me a really terrible room which has dirty carpet and a defective LCD display in the bathroom screen. When I requested to change the room they said that they have already upgraded me and for any further change, i would need to pay. When I protested about the quality of the room and considered choosing another location, a nice gentleman intervened and gave me a better room which was clean. Over all the hotel is nice but the breakfast option is very limited and not suitable for family.

The cleaning of the room was terrible, I found stains everywhere, on the floor, on the towel, on the bed, etc.. The maintenance of the room was poor as well, the window hook was broken and it cannot be sealed at all. Because of this in the morning there was a lot of noisy from the outside. I will not stay there anymore.

Good location near the shopping mall, however i was told only corner room is provided for my room type and the room is extremely small, so we have to add RMB 38 to upgrade to another room type. It’s suggested to tell in advance when booking. The facilities are relatively old especially the TV, limited function and all the contents will be charged. Overall the price is not reasonable.

A fantastic hotel in Dongguan, a great location, clean, spacious rooms and a great staff! All of this for a great price! I need to make time to come here more often!

Good condition

The hotel is average in all receptions. The mail boss at the front desk is kind and welcoming towards foreigners. But the female leading staff is not patient toward foreigners. Her countenance is not welcoming and seems to show segregation. Apart from this adverse unethical aspect, the Lavender hotel I rented is fairly good.

很一般！作為麗楓酒店10年的老粉，一直是有麗楓必住麗楓，但這家的麗楓，硬件不錯，位置不錯，卻憑着極差的管理、運營和服務硬生生把自己做死那種。前台服務員太差，一問三不知。窗頭的插座是松的，沒電，衞生間吹風機插座，也是沒電。想吹頭髮衹能到茶台去盲吹。床頭放了意見紙讓人提意見，提了意見也沒回訪，形同虛設。更氣人的事，前台收了我身份證，硬是隔了兩天才聯繫我，才還給我，這個管理水平，運營水平！老闆還不換店總，是等着倒閉嗎？

這次入住體驗喜憂參半，忍不住想專門為酒店免費升房的貼心服務點贊。本以為這趟出行能以超值享受完美收尾，卻在索要房卡時發生了令人擔憂的狀況。當我後續下樓提出多要一張房卡的需求時，前台工作人員竟未做任何身份核實，也沒有詢問隨行人員訊息，便直接為我辦理了。這種過於隨意的操作流程存在着巨大的安全隱患，一旦房卡落入陌生人之手，後果不堪設想。酒店安全是保障客人權益的底線，希望管理層能夠嚴肅整頓相關紀律，進一步完善房卡發放審核制度，並加強員工專業素質培訓，避免類似疏漏再次發生，讓每位客人都能住得安心、放心。

房間設施:麗楓酒店的牌子還是信得過的，房間內各種設施都比較齊全，空氣凈化器也有，床比較軟，舒服。 餐廳:早餐的品種不是很多，可能會出現有的餐品被拿空的現象，味道還是不錯的。 性價比:性價比還是很高的，值得推薦

服務人員有禮，+$28升級房型及有早餐，房間光猛、空間很大、床很舒服、環境衛生，酒店周邊也有商場，到萬象廣場坐車距離不遠，早餐選擇很少意見：希望酒店注意一些小細節，例如馬桶沖水掣鬆、洗手間電源插座、化妝鏡沒電，需要檢查維修。
