This place is very nice and has everything you need in the hotel. The hot springs were very very nice and had a lot of pools including private pools which was so nice! The dinner buffet was delicious and had a lot of food. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a lot to chose from including western options. Very nice sweet short get away Sonu sign and the manager was very nice and hospitable, they also upgraded our room as a treat as it was a friends birthday.

My family often visits this hotel to enjoy hot springs via Trip.com or 大众点评. It is near Guangzhou Panyu district which takes less than 1 hour by car. We love a kids-room. This time, we tried dinner buffet. It was not crowed. I mean there were a few guests, which can make my family spend dinner time quietly and slowly. Staffs are very friendly and respond quickly ☺️ Only one thing I would like to suggest this hotel is to make an indoor play room. I found several empty spaces or rooms to make the spot (even small one is OKAY) for kids. I’m sure that more families will visit this hotel.

優點：1、環境好，酒店面湖，風景優美，游泳池和温泉體驗都不錯，2、恆温游泳池游泳舒服，救生員負責，看到上午和下午都有清潔泳池，還借泳帽給我使用，3、温泉雖然不大，但也舒適，該有的項目都有。4、酒店樓下有籃球場和網球場，但不屬於酒店的，可以玩 不足：1、沒有迎賓，行李無人幫忙拿取，2、前台服務一般，入住時客人極少，也未給予升級房型（預訂其他酒店都會給予升級房型），後面一家四口加錢升級了套房，3、普通房型面積太小了，超過兩個人都轉不開身4、早餐味道一般，可以再做的精緻一點5、SPA手法可以再提高一些 還有：退房後不久前台電話給我説少了一個漱口杯，這種事情還是第一次遇到！ 建議：可以提供釣魚工具、網球拍和籃球，自行車等等，租借給客人使用，松山湖生態環境優美，可以利用起來！希望下次入住時有改善！
