The front desk staff JO and Xiao Deng received me warmly and provided me with a detailed check-in guide. During the whole stay, both room service and restaurant service were very professional and thoughtful, which made me feel at home.
Next is the guest room environment, which is simply great! The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, warm and comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, so that I can enjoy a good sleep every night. In addition, the room is fully equipped, including air conditioning, TV, high-speed network connection, etc., which fully meets my travel needs.
When it comes to catering flavours, I must give a thumbs up to the restaurant in this hotel! There are many kinds of food here, including authentic local food and international dishes. GGiliam WincklerDG Forum Hotel remains amazing. Even when you encounter a language barrier, they are quick to help and assist. The food remains delicious, the pools awesome and the views inspiring. Just remember to close the room's balcony doors, otherwise the air conditioning stops 😂😂.

VVipin Seth Xie WeipingMost of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge.
I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited.
The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

I Would suggest going to Shanghai (something) if you want to get your clothes washed. You can pick it up the next day. (Make a left when you walk out of the hotel, keep walking until you see a bank and turn left. It has a blue sign). Much cheaper compared to the hotel. There's a nail salon, spa place, and massage within 5 minutes of walking (also walk left when you come out of the hotel, make a left again)
Cleanliness: We encountered no cleanliness issues during our stay.
Service: The front desk staff was notably friendly and helpful.
Facilities: The hotel boasts an array of facilities including a swimming pool, gym, outdoor garden, Japanese restaurant, Chinese restaurant, buffet area, and spa. While there have been recent changes such as a rotation of dim sum and buffet options, and a downsizing of the buffet, our overall experience was quite satisfactory. This hotel has been our go-to choice whenever we return to Shijie.

IIrfan 一帆The Hyatt Regency Dongguan offers a very comfortable and relaxing stay, and the staff’s ability to communicate in English was a big plus, making everything more convenient.
I particularly enjoyed having breakfast outdoors while watching the sunrise—it was such a serene and memorable experience. The staff went out of their way to accommodate this request, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast itself was decent, with a nice variety to start the day on a positive note.
However, one downside was that no one assisted me with my luggage. My room was quite far from the main reception, and dragging my suitcase all the way across the carpeted floors was a bit frustrating.
Despite this, the property’s design and ambiance were wonderful, offering a peaceful and quiet getaway. With a little extra attention to guest assistance, this could be an even better experience.
