Acabamos de llegar del Hm almas, la verdad es que me hubiese gustado que nuestra noche fuera más placentera, no tienen Roomservice, hay que hacer reservas para los pocos restaurantes que hay.
No hicieron nada especial para nuestro aniversario aunque les escribimos con anticipación.
Algunas personas muy atentas en el lobby bar y en el buffet

Servizio ottimo anche Dio il check out personale disponibile e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in Custodio in attesa del transfer per l’aeroporto e usufruire comunque del pacchetto all-inclusive.

Upon arrival the room had ants all over. There was no fresh clean scent, nothing was wiped clean.
We did call room service and after a tip it was cleaned well, but that should not be the case for having a clean room. Otherwise staff was okay, everyone just seemed to be in their own world and move at their own pace.
You had great ocean/pool views, but you did not get that sense of Royalty. You had zero room service option, so you had to go and get all your own food/drinks.
No heated pools, hot tubs, nothing.
Food was okay quite repetitive and options were not a huge variety.

There’s a few things I’d like to share about this property.
It’s absolutely beautiful. The food is not 5 star, but it’s delicious with many options. We never felt hungry while we were here.
Pools are lovely, lots of options for seating.
Many activities to participate in if you so choose.
The minuses for us:
Our room was an ocean view, gorgeous. However every night from 9-11 there loud music being played. Ear plugs almost do the trick but not quite. Therefore, if you go to be early ask for a room where you won’t hear much noise.
One of our windows would not shut all the way and our slide doors wouldn’t lock. Thankfully we were in the 3rd floor.
We love coffee! the machine in the room was terrible and we couldn’t get the buffet coffee until 730. Only sugar in the room, no milk or any type of creamer.
People were very friendly even if they couldn’t speak English!
We originally thought we were going to a quieter part of the island, however it was not quiet.
Overall, nice stay.

A lovely, quiet resort. No bars open past 11pm! Pools are gorgeous and very clean. The staff in general are not very engaging, not UNfriendly, but not exactly friendly either. I would say the staff need more hospitality training, especially in the specialty restaurants. Would also be helpful if the staff spoke a little bit of English. Their English was even more limited than my Spanish. There is zero nightlife after 11pm. The included alcohol isn't very good. I could only drink the gin and tonic. And the top shelf booze is too expensive. We bought a bottle of good rum at the local store for way less. We didn’t have any hot water until the last day. Not a major deal but…. Would be nice lol.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the pools were lovely to swim in, but they closed at 7 which was too early imo. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The entertainment was great and there were a lot of food options, but unfortunately most were not tasty. Unfortunately the beef was almost always undercooked, but the chicken was always perfect. Overall, I had a great time and the staff and facility was beautiful. Also tons and tons of crabs by the ocean lol!

I absolutely love it at this resort. From the moment we checked in the staff was super accommodating and attentive. The food selection was great and many places to eat on the property. This property is super organized and they know how to make your experience a great one. Will definitely come back and stay here again

The resort was great. The room the AC didn't cool the room down. The whole week the fire alarm in the hallway was beeping because the battery need to be replaced. I asked the first desk every day for 6 days and it never stopped beeping or the battery got changed out.

This property has a great location and very friendly staff, but it needs a lot of maintenance work and the cleaning it’s very poor. When I arrived Front Desk accidentally gave my suite to a different guest that shared my name, which wasn’t a big deal for me since I work in the industry and understand that mistake happens, but what was unacceptable was that when they got to move the guest and make the room “available” for us the room wasn’t tidy enough, dirty floors, hair all over, windows and mirrors dirty, not coffee, dirty coffee cup and an used ashtray in the balcony. By dinner time, I went to front desk and requested housekeeping to be send to the room while we were out, they went to the room, but again did a poor job, floor were still dirty and ashtray still in the place it looks like they didn’t open the balcony doors, because there was also plenty of sand on the floors when we arrived, the mirrors and glass were not touch at all. After that I didn’t want to complain again because I didn’t trust that they were going to do it right on a third time, so me and my husband cleaned what we were going to use and move on. About the maintenance part, the balcony door didn’t locked and a light was out and the overall balcony needs attention, the bars since to be a little lose.
