Ci sono stati dei piaceri per il nostro soggiorno a The CHEDI e ci sono dispiaciuti di andarcene.Anche se ci siamo trasferiti in un altro eccellente hotel 5 stelle in Qatar abbiamo perso il senso di ”casa calda benvenuta” Abbiamo avuto così tanta piacere a The Chedi .. La stanza era incredibilmente comoda (specialmente il bellissimo letto 0 e le strutture perfette per noi..È stato bello avere un personale così ben addestrato e accogliente..La diffusione del colazione era deliziosa , La sala da pranzo e le opzioni di cena nelle vicinanze e in casa in piedi ... Erano in attesa della nostra prossima visita al Qatar ..la scelta dell'hotel è ora semplice ..Grazie a tutti i piacevoli staff CHEDI .

Il bellissimo edificio, come il simbolo di Qatar Doha, è anche il numero uno all'interno dell'hotel. E' il migliore.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for family to attend the AFC finals. The main reason behind this choice was the cowvineniat location 10 min from the final stadium and the claimed 24 hr mall(which turned to be a hypermarket, no even pharmacy or atm machine). We arrived around 17.30 which should be convenient time for check in. But the reception had only 1 receptionist who was thriving to assist everyone, which was too hard. Later on she had Nisreen who attended us and was trying to allocate our twin preferred rooms. She was so nice altough too much pressurized by the demand of guests unlike Hamza who was so rigid in dealing with us. At last we got 2 rooms one with king and 1 ready twin and other was collected after 1 hour. Strangely, due to the structure of the hotel, the higher you go the smaller your room became 🙈i totally understand that if the view shall compensate but unfortunately due the steel design it does not at all. So i ended up with small king room and obstructed view. I was fine due to the quick stay and high demand. Morning i found out there was no hot water in the shower !!! Here it really comes on my nervous. I called requesting room change and was promised this shall take place at noon. Breakfast in the hotel is too normal. Nothing to highlight. I packed up so they can transfer my luggage to the new room and came back around 15.15!! And apparently no one had any action toward my demand. Nisreen again was so nice to assist me and get me another nicer room with a working shower! And she accompanied me to the room ensuring everything is fine and had complimentary cake and fruit to us too. She is the only person who seems to care about the guest impression about the hotel. Finally we settled in, rooms are generally specious don’t get higher floors. Acceptable cleaning level. Soundproofing is too bad! I could hear the noise in the street and corridor. We can hear other rooms through the joining door too! Bathroom is specious with generous amenities. In room dining is affordable but low quality. We tried kids sliders, pasta and mozerlla sticks were not that good. Pizza was fine. Checking out was easy.

The service is very slow. Should be improved first. should be humble Welcoming guests who come to use our services and serving with our whole heart. The important thing is that the service time should be faster. Most importantly, you should not ask customers about personal matters. You should have a lot of manners. Because it's the first checkpoint of your hotel.

Tutti mi hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa nei miei 4 giorni lì. Irfan e Muhaidi e gli altri alla reception hanno ascoltato attentamente le mie richieste e hanno cercato di aiutare dove potevano e mi hanno fornito informazioni in città. Gamal mi ha presentato la stanza e ha anche preso l'iniziativa di guidarmi nel quartiere il giorno successivo. Il personale della Lounge ha anche reso piacevole e piacevole guardare le partite della Coppa del Mondo, a volte venendo a fare chiacchiere sul calcio ed è stato in grado di soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Per la posizione, l'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da una stazione della metropolitana e servizi come ristoranti, supermercati e farmacie. L'hotel era semplicemente incredibile, super ben posizionato, le persone disposte ad aiutare. La colazione era molto buona e varia, il servizio in camera era eccellente e abbiamo semplicemente trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, abbiamo davvero apprezzato l'hotel. I letti super comodi.

It was my first to Qatar, really it was very nice stay, the hotel looks great, food is delicious, cleaning is good, hotel staff hospitality is very good specially Ms Norie in the FO desk she was very helpful and smiling all the time, she went above and beyond to meet my expectations, she's a real example of the professional receptionist

Spent short night in Premier Inn Doha airport during long connection between flights in Doha. Local Oryx hotel was so expensive that preferred to go outside airport. Getting visum as Schengen resident is so easy - like regular passport control. Uber from airport to Premier Inn took less than 15 minutes between booking and check in - price was 25,12 QAR or app. 6 EUR. Check in was mechanical but friendly and efficient - rooms are ok - not a great luxury but all needed for short stay. Bed a bit on hard side, but good sleep quality. Check out was quick and taxi was waiting to take me back to airport. Overall great and much cheaper choice for layover in Doha airport.

Bella posizione, raggiungibile a piedi dal Souk Waqif! Ma tbh non è poi così vicino. Forse 15-20 minuti a piedi. Ma comunque, abbastanza carino da camminare dato che potrei camminare lungo la costa (non con la sabbia e tutto il resto, ma comunque - anche MIA Park) Il servizio è eccellente. Siamo arrivati molto tardi la sera e cercavamo un caffè all'una di notte; il caffè era presumibilmente chiuso ma ci hanno comunque procurato due tazze di caffè. Siamo rimasti davvero toccati! E sorprendi la torta HNY il 1 gennaio, è stata così carina e l'abbiamo davvero apprezzata!
