Hotel di classe, atmosfera rilassante accoglienza ottima. Colazione alla mattina, internazionale con ottimo caffè e cappuccino preparati al momento alla varietà di pietanze presenti nel buffè. Elegante l'accoglienza in sala, stile thailandese,. Spazi comuni ampi è funzionali. La reception sempre pronta e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente e/o richiesta. L'hotel si trova in zona distretto diplomatico vicino al mare, nelle vicinanze diverse attrazioni, con metro a 10 minuti a piedi. Noi con la stessa abbiamo girato tutte e tre le linee, visitando quello che avevamo deciso a casa con costi veramente modesti. Stanza al 6° piano vista città e mare, molto silenziosa e ampia. Letti comodi cuscini accettabili, bagni dotati di accappatoi e ciabatte. Ogni stanza e dotata di cucina con l'essenziale per preparare i pasti. Bella esperienza lo consiglio senza dubbi. Noi ci ritorneremo. Grazie a tutto lo Staff. e Mr. Martin che con la navetta ci ha accompagnati andata e ritorno verso l'aeroporto. Grazie

We have been staying at Centara West Bay and this has been an amazing experience with excellent room service and staff. One thing that our family has appreciated the most is the outstanding cleaning and housekeeping. The bedding is always fresh and regularly replaced. Cleaning staff such as Rabina and Bina go above and beyond to make guest experience the best possible one. Executive two-bedroom suites with city view actually offer partial sea view. Furniture is high-quality and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended for both short and long term stay in the beautiful West Bay steps away from the city center.

The Hotel is very clean which is a very nice thing. Jawad, Asrarul, Vidhusan and Jubed all of these guys made our reservation easy and joyful thanks goes to all of them. We took a sweet of three rooms it was big enough for our entire family. The apartment is equipped with everything.

Overall Experience: Our long stay at this hotel was overshadowed by numerous and persistent issues in safety, comfort, and service. Although the property benefits from a central location in West Bay—offering convenient access to the sea, shopping malls, and various city attractions—and the absence of a nightclub reduces nighttime foot traffic, these positives could not offset the array of problems we encountered. The hotel’s performance fell drastically short of what one would expect from a 5 star hotel in Qatar and a Centara-branded establishment, especially for a long-term stay. Location and Noise: While the West Bay location is undeniably practical, it is flanked by a busy main road and ongoing construction sites. Ineffective soundproofing meant we endured constant noise, making it impossible to enjoy any real sense of rest. The hotel’s windows simply failed to shield us from the persistent external disturbances. Check the picture to know what’s happening. Safety and Security: Safety and security were gravely compromised during our stay. Our child was injured at the kids club due to inattentive supervision, and management later confirmed via security footage that an external child had struck ours while staff remained oblivious. No one informed us at the time of the incident or offered assistance. On top of this, our apartment was left unlocked after a maintenance visit, exposing our belongings to risk. Unauthorized maintenance personnel also entered the apartment during housekeeping without prior notice—clear breaches of both privacy and security. Management and Commercial Practices: The management and sales teams behaved in a manner entirely unbefitting a five-star property. Despite requesting a room extension well in advance (more than one month), we were asked, one week later, by email only, to vacate during peak season with no viable alternatives provided. While it’s understandable that hotels in Doha may raise prices during high-demand periods, the manner in which this property exploited the situation was unacceptable. Communication was appalling: the assistant sales manager proved unreliable and unprofessional, the director of sales failed to honor a confirmed appointment, and the general manager never bothered to respond. This absence of leadership and accountability, combined with questionable commercial practices, is indefensible and should be a red flag for any prospective guest. Facilities: The hotel lists a covered pool, gym, spa, kids club, and underground parking among its amenities. The pool and gym were well-maintained, and the lack of a nightclub meant fewer late-night disturbances. Unfortunately, the kids club was a serious letdown. Instead of providing a secure, child-friendly environment, it demonstrated inadequate supervision—an unforgivable failing given its purpose. We had a great dinner night at Thai Kitchen. Thanks to Aakriti, Emy and Roshani for making our night wonderful. The food and service were excellent. We ordered prawn padthai, prawn spring rolls and chicken satay. We will come back again soon.

Professional and precise services. The living room is spotless with a very beautiful view of the coast. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items for a stress free living. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious with required items.

The overall service of the hotel is superb and their hospitality is outstanding. I loved their Dalchini restaurant Tapas menu and other delicious servings. As part of housekeeping and room service they are always very prompt. I would like specifically thank Javed for his courteous and polite behavior and he’s excellent in doing his services. He made the rooms so nicely and i’m very glad about that.

Amazing Hotel 🥰🥰🥰 The Centara at Doha financial District is a truly amazing hotel! The Centara never disappoints - it is Luxury personified the hotel from the moment of arrival at reception who were immensely willing to do everything to support our stay. Bell Man & Valet Service was amazing. The room was fabulous and we had a brilliant sea view. The one thing that stands out significantly-is the amazing staff -and the friendliness of the staff in this hotel at every aspect -whether it was at breakfast in the morning or whether it was in the restaurants/reception where the staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to meet every wish of every client! The reception staff were amazing and do help always .the thai restaurant was so good that we enjoyed on a number of days there! and the staff again truly amazing. The hotel also has the mezze house its complex and that again was a brilliant experience. it was an amazing night great food and again great service. The spa was fabulous and so relaxing!! Overall this was an oasis of relaxation and perfection at every level!!! I will definitely be back!!!

This is the best place to enjoy the authentic Thai's food in town with your love ones with reasonable price. I would recommend to try fish cake and chicken satay for an appitizers. The Thai green curry is absolutely delicious. And don't forget to try the pandan mousse which is the best I ever have in my life. The staffs are very nice and friendly. Thank you to Chef Aun for today's fantastic dinner. Will come back again for sure!
