A new and charming hotel, in the district of Docklands in Melbourne. Excellent location, very calm and quiet, next to a Tram Station, free ride to several places in the city, including downtown, walking to the Docklands and the Marina. The room was comfortable and specially clean, great king bed, nice shower with good amenities. Amazing infinity pool with a great view, sauna and a equiped fitness center. The breakfast has great quality, excellent food and beverages. The highlight are the staff, very attentive and friendly, the general manager Mr. Christian, is always available and present. One of the best lounge in Marriott Hotels. The M Club has a super nice atmosphere, excellent options for food and drinks, excellent wines and a chef in the morning preparing a very good breakfast. Congratulations to Fazeel and his team, they are ALL spectacular. I recommend André I'll be back. Thanks to all the wonderful human being from this elegant Marriott Hotel.

Absolutely fabulous! The room we stayed in had two double beds and was so spacious and well appointed. There was a coffee machine, dressing gowns, glasses and other great amenities in the room. The bathroom was also so generous you could swing a cat in there. The shower was piping hot and had great water pressure and the beds were super comfortable. Yes, there is building works happening next door but to be honest, it really didn’t bother us at all or disturb us from our sleep. The location was also perfect for attending the football as you are literally right next to Marvel stadium. The breakfast was also really nice and had all your basic hot foods and fruit. The chef would also cook an egg to your specification. Very happy and will definitely be back again.

L'appartamento era pulito ma molto piccolo. Il giorno prima abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio che diceva che dovevamo prendere le chiavi da un ufficio piuttosto che dall'edificio. Le istruzioni per trovare l’edificio erano minime e non chiare, quindi non era facile trovare mentre trascinava le borse. L’appartamento non era stato creato come richiesto - avevamo prenotato per cinque persone e dovevamo cacciare il legno, ecc. Il condizionamento dell’aria era difettoso. Il modem non è stato commutato e nonostante i segni di non toccarlo, ci è stato detto di spensarlo e di spostarlo! Il lavastoviglie non era commutato e il commutatore di potenza era davvero difficile da accedere. Abbiamo ricevuto molte richieste al personale e le risposte sono state dissuasive e brutte, e non ci consiglieremmo di rimanere qui, poiché la zona è stata devastata il fine settimana con poche opzioni alimentari.

Un po' deludente. Non è stato consigliato al momento della prenotazione della nostra stanza non avrebbe alcun servizio. Ci siamo trasferiti 4 notti, apparentemente solo si può servire se siete più 7. Un set di asciugamani per ciascuno di noi e un cappotto per entrambi. 4 sacchetti di tè e la stessa quantità per il caffè. Ci è stato consigliato di contattare se avessimo bisogno di più. Qualcuno che soggiorni più di una notte avrebbe bisogno di più. Non potresti sapere quante notti stiamo soggiornando e darci delle strutture per questa quantità. Ci è stato consigliato anche di vuotare il nostro bagaglio prima di partire. Credo che si possa fare meglio di questo Sebel, soprattutto se si vuole che la gente torni.

Out of town location - you need to take a tram to Melbourne Business center- luckily is pretty convenient as tram station just opposite the hotel. Don’t stay here if you are driving - as no proper space for you to load off your luggage and the parking is 300m away- charges is also not cheap if considered is outskirts of town area. Hotel lobby- nothing to shout about and the services is just normal- it definitely can be improved. Room look ok for the price we paid- while all the other was normal - including the breakfast- nothing to shout about and is definitely below my expectation since it’s bearing the name of Sheraton

Sono rimasto qui con la mia figlia adolescente per un viaggio di fine settimana per vedere Harry Styles. Ottima posizione se si va a un concerto o a un evento al Marvel Stadium. Ci ha voluto meno di 5 minuti a piedi per tornare all'appartamento dopo il concerto. È anche a meno di 15 minuti a piedi dal quartiere Dockland (centro commerciale e ristoranti). È conveniente anche vicino a 5 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è abbastanza fondamentale. E 'pulito e pulito. La camera da letto non dispone di aria condizionata, quindi dobbiamo contare sul aria condizionata nella sala da letto. I giorni che ci siamo fermati erano piuttosto freddi, ma mi sentivo ancora un po' troppo caldo nella camera da letto, nonostante avessi fatto funzionare il condizionatore tutto il giorno e tutta la notte. Il bagno è molto piccolo e non troverai molto spazio per mettere le tue cose / vestiti puliti / bagni, ecc. Ci siamo trasferiti per 2 notti e nessun servizio di custodia per vuotare la camera / cambiare le tute, ecc. Il letto / le mutande non sono troppo comode. La ricezione funziona solo per alcune ore, quindi dobbiamo lasciare le chiavi in una scatola alla fine del nostro soggiorno quando lasciamo l'appartamento. Siamo arrivati a Melbourne da Sydney alle 8 di lunedì 10, con l'intenzione di rimanere in un appartamento che abbiamo prenotato. Non potevamo stare in questo appartamento particolare perché non era al nostro piacere e non era sicuro perché avevamo 4 figli con noi. Abbiamo cercato di trovare appartamenti alternativi e siamo arrivati all'Hotel Nesuto. Abbiamo chiamato e chiesto se potessimo guardare l'appartamento prima di prendere una decisione, perché volevamo assicurarci che fosse sicuro per i nostri figli. Il manager Krisha ha accettato di guardare. Siamo stati impressionati e prenotati 2 camere d'albergo. Krisha e il suo staff erano sorprendenti e molto attenti. Ha visto quanto siamo stressati e voleva che siamo felici. Il giorno dopo, ha chiamato la mia stanza per vedere se mi sentivo bene, ha visto quanto ero agitato e stressato. Posso solo dire che sono stati i migliori hotel che abbiamo mai visitato. I letti erano molto comodi, le camere erano molto pulite e era vicino al trasporto pubblico. Ma il meglio di tutto era che il personale era molto attento e gentile. Raccomando molto questo hotel.

What a great place. Myself, Daughter and Grand daughter had a quick trip to Melbourne to visit my Mum, stayed here for 3 days and loved it. The view was fantastic, nice and close to restaurants and there's IGA around the corner if you need it. Getting the keys was no trouble at all, even though we arrived outside normal hours. Fab (the Manager) was really nice and helpful, showed us the apartment, parking etc... overall, just made us feel nice and welcome. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone and I will stay there again for sure. The beds are comfortable, rooms very clean and everything you would need if you decided to do your own cooking while staying there. A place I would certainly stay at again. Very happy with this choice.

Viaggiando come gruppo di 2 madri e 2 figlie (adolescenti tardi), l'appartamento di 2 BR è stato perfetto, l'appartamento è pulito, luminoso, spazioso e semplicemente confortevole. Indubbiamente riutilizzaremo. Il personale era attento e amichevole, e mi chiamava persino qualche giorno prima del nostro soggiorno per chiedere le configurazioni del letto, se avessimo bisogno di un parcheggio e qualche altro dettaglio.

My daughter and I always choose to stay here as it’s easy to navigate from west gate bridge coming from regional Victoria and is so convenient to so many needs when we stay. Staff are extremely warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and have the choice to be self sufficient or enjoy an array of options on the doorstep for meals. The beds are comfortable ensuring a decent night sleep and having a balcony to step outside and get air is nice. Can walk to the river, Iga accross the road and great shopping at the district a stones throw away. Quest new quay is always our first choice and are now frequent returners.
