Hotel in zona CBD, Docklands

The hotel is located in the CBD. We are able to access to the places of interest and shopping centre easily. The shopping centre is just opposite the hotel. The hotel staff iis friendly, provides immediate assistance when I enquire for baggage storage. Though there is a notice about on the 3rd day room service but there was room service on the next day of our stay. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to the free tram zone, which made it very convenient to explore Melbourne. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Melbourne!

Traveling to the airport was super convenient thanks to the nearby SkyBus. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which made things even easier for us. Our room was very spacious and looked exactly like the photos—clean, modern, and sweetly comfortable. The bedding was especially nice and cozy. The layout of the hotel is a bit complex, so it took us a little while to find our room, and it was a bit of a walk from the elevator. Still, once we settled in, everything was great. We didn’t use many of the hotel’s facilities, but we did enjoy the gaming area located at the back of the lobby—it was really fun and a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the SkyBus!

Pleasant hotel, reasonable location and good value for money.  Hotel service staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help hotel guests. Special shout out to front office staff, Noureddin. He was one-person serving during night shift and early morning shift, but did his best to accomodate our requests. Location : 5 min walk to the nearest tram station. Not many shops or restaurants within immediate walking distance. Main CBD or Collins Street is around 4 tram  stations away. There is a fire station located next to hotel. I got a room facing the apartments, and it was a pleasant stay. Room size : spacious. Breakfast spread was reasonable for price point.

Very good hotel but we had an issue locating the main entrance upon arrival, so we alighted at the basement carpark near the ******. Very cozy environment and very functionable. The view was stunning. The beds are comfortable but a bit high for my mum as she is not so tall. We asked for an additional chair as there were 4 of us but only 1 chair, which never arrived. It would also be good if the shower head had not been fixed as the water was too cold when turned on.

Non ho una richiesta specifica per le camere, ma voglio solo un check-in precoce. Penso che Natalie mi abbia fatto entrare e lei era molto carina. Mi ha offerto una stanza e era abbastanza vicino agli ascensori! Tutto era così buono. Il colazione era un po' deludente. Tuttavia, è incluso così ancora accettabile, 6/10. Ben fatto al personale di servizio e al personale di manutenzione, e chiunque pulisca la mia stanza, voglio dare loro credito perché hanno addirittura adattato la mappa sulla mia tavola per corrispondere alla direzione della porta d'ingresso. La posizione è super brillante. 1-2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Southern Cross e secondi al tram di Bourke Street. Posso facilmente accedere ai tram e al Skybus! Sicuramente consigliere di rimanere!

Overall, the place is fine. The location is good, lots of places to eat nearby. The room was decent and a good space. The shower was a little weird when I turned on the hot water, strange sounds came about and the filling blasting water would suddenly turn into drips. I had to turn the handle further to fix the issue.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione fantastica e la nostra camera gemella era molto grande con una piccola cucina. In due giorni, abbiamo lasciato la notifica per fare spazio quando usciamo, ma quando siamo tornati diverse ore dopo, la stanza non era ancora pulita, altrimenti avremmo ottenuto un rating di 5 stelle.

I stayed at 3 hotels all near Flagstaff stations for this trip, just to try something new and compare. Excellent location and the Flagstaff garden is at the opposite. The Pegasus has a real kitchen and utensils since it's an apartment hotel. No view at all but it's ok for a night's stay. The bed is so soft but so as the Radisson and the Jazz hotel so I guess it's the standard?.. Staffs had reasonable service, but I overheard the guest in front of me checked out 30mins later than he should and the staff were not happy about it at all, like teacher talking to a misbehaved student. Overall it's price for money.
