Noise levels from vehicles of a night is excessive, doesn’t sound like double glazing on level 2.

Nice view from bedroom window. Very roomy. Nice shower heads. Reception are very friendly.

Location is good only 20 mins by train to melbourne down town district. There are many shops nearby including a super market down below.

The facilities of the room are comprehensive (with oven, stove, laundry, dishwasher etc). Yet the hygiene is not satisfied. The sofa has biscuits crumbs, kettle has a CUP of leftover water and tableware are dirty.

The apartment was super clean, lots of light and a view of the port! The staff were ever so helpful and friendly. Close to the free tram and a chiller, nicer part of town!

Reasonable rates and hotel, but a few areas need attention. Why is it that cleaners fail to wipe marks off walls, particularly around light switches etc? Our room had loads of hand and finger marks, as well as luggage scrapes etc. Not hard to fix but these had obviously built up over time and have been neglected, leaving a less than desirable impression of overall cleanliness. We were also woken at 2am with a noisy party next door to our room. Very inconsiderate! On calling reception we were told that it would be investigated. One hour later (3am) I had to call again to complain. The response from the night manager was basically one of annoyance, that they would have to visit the party room again! On check out later that morning there was no mention of the disturbance. You would think the night manager would have put a note on our booking to follow up with an apology, or an offer of compensation, but nothing. Very poor customer relations. They obviously were not concerned whether we might return to stay one day.

It's a good place to stay in, especially with Docklands having all the essential amenities

Excellent place to stay , clean rooms, comfortable bed, very quiet, friendly hotel reception staff. Great location, city centre.

The only issue is that the rubbish bin has a bad smell; everything else is good.

Due to airline problems, I have to stay for a day and make a temporary online reservation. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. I rented it for one night. I originally planned to leave my luggage, but the staff allowed us to check in early. Thank you very much. The room is large and comfortable. The view is open and you can see the Ferris wheel. It is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, which is convenient for people who cook by themselves. The bed is large, the mattress is moderately hard, and the toilet is particularly large, which is suitable for people in wheelchairs. The washing supplies are complete. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. It only takes ten minutes to get to the "SkyBus" station by car, and it's free of charge. Next time I come to Melbourne, I will also stay in this hotel.

Fantastic room, well equipped and good location in the free tram zone with great city views (worth requesting a room with views if available.
