We had walked from the opposite side of Kotor Bay and it was time to rest our legs and grab a coffee. I was a little apprehensive given this was a hotel, but we couldn't have been made more welcome. Such attentive staff who were very much on the ball and very friendly. Great coffee with a cake (chocolate torte), which was recommended to us. Very clean and most professional. A fabulous seating area right on the bay made for a restful and enjoyable little break before our continued journey.

When spending 2500 euros on a hotel then one could at least expect that the rooms would be without noise from lobby and stairs but, no, the doors at lobby level are like paper in this sense. Same with the room we had at first floor. If you can stand to wake up from people talking outside your room the this hotel is highly recommended. Rooms are good, rooms ending with 2 are larger than rooms ending with “1”, ex “201”. The hotel is a nice boutique hotel with friendly service, restaurant with great food and very high prices wines, breakfast is good. But, one can see that the hotel is starting to age too. It’s not bad yet but the signs are there.

Amazing amazing amazing. This hotel is fabulous, beautiful setting, courteous and always helpful staff. Beautifully decorated rooms. Just a wonderful place to spend time for a holiday. Thank you for such a fabulous time. Bicycles a lovely touch to the holiday.

Fantastic boutique hotel situated perfectly by the water in Kotor Bay. The rooms where spacious, modern and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The terrace by the water was the perfect place to get into the water. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel gas a great location. Rooms are spacious with amazing bay view . The massage therapy is the best i had in years. People are generally kind and nice. Two small things: The aesthetics were not of my taste ( a bit too grande) and the service in breakfast is bad.

A fabulous botique hotel a bit off of the off of the main drag! We went to Montenegro with friends for a long weekend. I debated where to stay (Kotor or Tivat) and was very pleased with my decision to stay near Kotor. I chose this hotel based upon the reviews and the photos, but was blown away by the wonderful service and lovely rooms and outside areas. The staff, especially Dijana, were very helpful and responsive to our every need. The breakfasts were were out of this world. Our room was cleaned twice daily. The location is a 7 minute taxi drive to the center of Kotor. I highly recommend this for a relaxing and lovely stay visit. Having said all of this, if you are stair challenged or need a huge pool, I am not sure that this is the hotel for you. But otherwise, a great hotel which i highly recommend.

We stayed three nights in sea view room - the Venice room. The room was beautiful, super clean with all the amenities and a balcony with amazing views of the bay. Breakfast was delicious with great selection. They have a spa with jacuzzi and saunas which you can book and have a private daily use for an hour - complimentary. Service was perfect - staff were super kind and went above and beyond to help with all our needs.

Fabulous hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and the view of the bay from our balcony was incredible Breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of choice. Fresh fruits, breads and amazing pastries.

Beware of this hotel! We spent a couple of nights there as guests at our friends' wedding and were robbed! It was definitely my fault that I didn't use the safe (which, by the way, didn't work due to low battery, so I had to ask the receptionist for a new one). However, I never expected something like this to happen at a 5-star hotel! I left my wallet in a backpack right in the room, near the table. Then, on the day of the wedding, I took it to get money for a gift and discovered that 200 EUR (in one banknote) and a 100 USD banknote were missing! So the thief took only a portion of the cash from my wallet, perhaps thinking that I wouldn't notice. I contacted the reception, and they said they would ask housekeeping if they took anything (lol). However, there was no result, so I approached other guests to see if they had also noticed missing money. Guess what? Two other guests had experienced the same problem! We reported this incident to the police, but it seems like they aren't willing to pursue the case. Therefore, I advise you to keep your cash and other valuables in the safe if you would like to stay in this hotel.
