Hotel & Spa Chariclea

The hotel is quite nice, very large rooms, comfortable, very nice location, nice wellness area The parking available is quite horrible, muddy place, quite a distance from the hotel, which is not mentioned in the internet presentation, on contrary there is wrong information that by car it is accessible from the Libušina street. In reality it is not reachable by car directly at all, you always have to walk( not far though). It would be OK if the information would be available from the beginning, in our case it would save us a lot of time going around and trying to find the way. The service is not very customer oriented - the wellness procedures were scheduled in a tight schedule, without consulting us and our preferences or informing us in advance. The prices of procedures are quite high in comparison. The quality was diverse. Late check out was not possible eventhough the hotel was not full. The restaurant O Mase is quite nice, the food is really good and the service is customer oriented. At the reception the information was not provided that the kitchen closes one hour before the restaurant closes. One improvement point - not to set the breakfast when the restaurant is opened, it does not really feel comfortable for the quests. Also they claim, that 99% of clients are happy, but nobody asked as for feedback and I could not find a way how to provide it through their official pages.
