Diyarbakır’da yaşanan olumsuz hava muhalefeti nedeniyle mahsur kaldım bizi uyduruk bir otele gönderecekler diye düşünüyordum otele ulaşım firma tarafından sağlandıktan sonra giriş işlemlerimiz yapıldı dinlenmek için odama çıktım valizimi bıraktıktan sonra oteli merak ettim oteli tanımaya çalıştım karşıma kim çıktıysa otel hakkında bilgi almak için çalışanlara sorular yönelttim çalışan tüm personeller otel hakkında bilgi aldıktan sonra restaurantta çıkıp yorgunluğu atlatmak için sıcak birşeyler içmek istedim Restaurant otelin en üst katında yer alıyordu manzara harikaydı tüm Diyarbakırın tarihi mekanlarını uzaktanda olsa görme fırsattı sunuyordu restaurantta görevli arkadaşlara uzaktanda olsa gördüğüm tarihi yapılar hakkında sorular yönelttim sağolsunlar bana yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar otelin tam şehirin tam göbeğinde yer aldığını tüm tarihi mekanlara yürüme mesafesinde olduğu bilgisini benimle paylaştılar sonra dışarı çıkıp bir kaç tarihi mekanı ziyaret ettim otele dönüp bizler için hazırlanan yemeğe katıldım yemekler çok lezzetliydi sonraki gün kahvaltı yapmak için uyandım kahvaltı salonuna çıktım kahvaltı açık büfe olarak hazırlanmıştı ürün çeşitliliği gayet iyiydi büfe çeşitliliği zengindi kendi tabağımı hazırladıktan sonra tabağımla masaya yöneldim oturur oturmaz hemen çay kahve siparişim alındı üstüne birde omlet siparişimi almak için hemen garson arkadaşlar masama yöneldi daha önce hiç biryerde karşılamadığım misafirperverliği gösteren Restaurant görevlilerine çok teşekkür etmek isterim.Çevrede çok fazla alternatif restaurantlar olmasına rağmen tercihimi otel bünyesinde bulunan restaurantan yana kullandım çünkü görevli arkadaşlar çok yardım sever ve işlerini çok iyi yaptıklarını gördüm bana evimdeymişim hissi uyandıran Demir otel personeline çok teşekkür ederim tekrardan görüşmek üzere Demir Hotel Diyarbakır

Not the easiest Hotel to find but still very central and close to the old town, arrived at Hotel 10.30 in the morning was was given rooms straight away which was bonus. Room was quite large and very clean, free bottled water was in the room along with a fridge, free toiletries in the large bathroom. Their is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor which was well used by our party, food menu was extensive but no given prices on the menu, all the food we ordered was well presented and tasty, final bill was not over expensive. Check in staff and bar/restaurant staff looked after us with exceptional service and going the extra mile.

Bu oteli çok begendim. hem gezilmesi ve görülmesi gereken yerler yürüme mesafesinde hemde en güzel lezzetleri bulabileceğiniz restorantlar çok yakın, otelde hamam sauna masaj spa hizmeti olması gerçekten beni çok memnun etti. odam çok güzeldi bütün dicle nehri manzarami kaplamıştı. bina yüksek oldugu için bütün diyarbakırı kuşbaşı izleyebilme imkanı buldum. tavsiye üzerine otelinizi tercih ettim. genel anlamda temiz ve hiyenik bir otel bir arkadaşım melek hanımın orda olduğunu belirterek kendisiyle iletişime geçmemi ve gerekli memnuniyeti bulabileceğimi aktardı . gerçekten kendisine özel olarak teşekkürlerimi ile**ek istiyorum . bizimle çok ilgilendi kahve ikramında bu*****ak güzel bir nezaket gösterdi tavsiye ediyorum...memnun kaldım. personeller çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü... pozitif bir işle**e yine gelicez...
