Guests can stay in rooms of different categories: Standard, Junior Suite, Suite and Family Suite. Each room has a clothes rack, bedside linens, a set of towels, a bedside table, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, sconces, a kettle and a private bathroom. In the 2-bed and 4-bed Standard rooms, the bathroom is divided into two rooms. Other amenities include a hairdryer and toiletries. Стандартный номер на двоих - кондиционер, две отдельные кровати, холодильник, телевизор. Санузел , душ - на две комнаты т.е. совмещен с еще одним номером (комнатой). Санузлом и душем пользуются не только Вы , но и другие постояльцы - самый главный минус этих номеров!!! Наша комната была на втором этаже, а под нами была кухня данной гостиницы и соответственно тараканы от туда и бегали к нам в гости!!! Но самый страшный минус - это безответственность администраторов гостиницы - ибо перед поездкой мы договорились с администрацией гостиницы, что к нам во вторую комнату которая граничит с санузлом и душем не будут заселять других постояльцев и в момент заселения нам администрация подтвердила, что санузлом пользуемся только мы. Но ночью ( где-то в 22-00 часов ) к нам заселили в соседнюю комнату еще двух постояльцев на ночлег. Хотя свободных номеров было 95 процентов . Мало того что они всю ночь мешали спать, громко разговаривали смотрели телевизор ( слышимость из соседних номеров - очень сильная). Так нам из ванной комнаты срочно пришлось все забирать личные принадлежность, КОРОЧЕ - НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ - НЕ ПОРЯДОЧНЫЕ АДМИНИСТРАТОРЫ, КОТОРЫЕ ОБЕЩАЮТ ОДНИ УСЛОВИЯ ПРИ ЗАСЕЛЕНИИ, А САМИ ОБМАНЫВАЮТ И ПРЕДОСТАВЛЯЮТ ДРУГИЕ, ДА ЕЩЕ ТАРАКАНЫ!

Бронировал на выходные на одну ночь. В отеле сказали что номер, который я заказал уже занят. Предложили заселиться в другой номер доплатив ещё половину цены. Отказался за доплату оставаться. Также, я узнал от администратора, что номер в который планировали заселиться не соответствует указанным критериям - ванная комната и туалет отсутствовали в самом номере, хотя написано что всё прилагается... На ресепшене мой вопрос никак не решили... Пришлось искать другие отели
