Hotel Crni Vrh

Good hotel in every sense but there are signs of no diligent maintenance - it is really pity as we are talking about relatively new hotel. We had a problems in bathroom (faucet above the sink was unfastened and the whole was revolved during use; board on the toilet was unfastened as well and if you do not take care about it you could fall down) - moreover, I reported this problems at reception, they told me it will be solved but it was not that day nor day after - something I hate a lot if someone ignoring me. Two additional minor things: small rooms at the top is really small with big beam aside where you could easily hit the had; also in the rooms but in the bar and restaurant TV screens are very small (really not usual) and not so easy to follow.

My wife, son and I stayed at hotel Crni vrh at February 2023 for five days, in Junior Studio apartment. Here are some of our observations and impressions. First the good ones. Check in was pleasant and fast, without any kind of problems or misunderstandings. The guys at the entrance helped us unload our luggage and took it to the apartment, just as they helped us pack into the car during check out. At the bigining, I have to say that the staff was very pleasant during our entire stay, from the people at the reception, through the staff in the restaurant to the housekeepers. Really, very pleasant and helpful at every moment. First impressions when we entered the apartment was great. It is one of the biggest and spacious apartments we have been (over 68sqm). Two large rooms (bedroom and living room with the kitchen and dining area), two conected terraces (every room has one) and a bathroom. A tip, rooms overviewing the courtyard are much brighter (south side view) and with much nicer view. The bed in the bedroom was great - big and with firm new mattress (which will later prove to be the most important thing that saved our stay). We also liked the furniture design, especially the chairs and leather sofas. Lightning in the apartment is also a nice touch. A lot of subtle lights in every space makes you can create really pleasant atmosphere. Espresso coffee machine is a great thing to have, as my wife and me love to have a quick coffee few times a day. The housekeepers were happy to make sure that we always had enough coffee for the machine. Lobby is nice with modern desing and comfortable leather sofas. Fresh fruits and sweets available at all time on few spots and at every floor. Hotel has a very nice pool/spa area that we used many times during our stay. Pool is large and cossy, with a nice view at the outdoor terrace and small meadow for downhill skiing and children playground. Especially nice is jacuzzi room. It is important to say that the hotel is very child friendly, and in this sense there are many children at the pool at any time, so it is important to coordinate the time of going to the pool to avoid crowds. There is also an evening term for the pool from 9-10:30 p.m. which is adult only. Perhaps the most important thing about the pool and spa is that everything is new and very clean, which is surprisingly positive for Serbia, and believe me, I've been to a lot of such facilities in Serbia. Next to the pool, there are some other activities in the hotel, mostly sports and for cihldren. The food - I left that one for the end of the positive part of the review, because the food is by far the best thing in the hotel. We had an breakfast and a dinner. Both in the same basement area with buffet in one large room, and dining in the other. The food selection is excellent with local and international dishes, but the quality is even better than the selection. It was a great experience. I spent the New Year holidays with my family and friends. I don't know what I would rather praise, the comfort of the hotel, excellent staff, excellent food, wonderful wellness. However, I think that the strongest impression is that I didn't have to take care of my children a lot because they had a lot of content and fun. The right place to relax

Delicious food of traditional and international cusine, kind and helpful hotel staff, excellent facilities: basketball and football playgrounds, wonderful pool. A great plus is the fact the hotel management and staff are taking care of natural habit and feed local dogs.

Hotel doesn’t deserve more than 3 starts. Spa pool with cold water, not enough towels due to fully booked hotel, not enough space for guest in restaurant so some has to wait for 30min. Very bad for price. small playroom for kids, just for kids arround 3years. Only 2 table tennis desks for older kids, pikado bord not working. I am confused how this hotel is always fully ocupied. Not even close with other Serbian hotels rated with 4-5 stars

✅ Great food, very nice spa corner, it wasn’t crowdy and it was clean and warm. Pool temperature is good, around 31 degrees. Nice and polite staff. Playground indoors is small, yet it is also clean and interesting. The hotel is great for sports. ❌Very, very bad room service. You have to chase and ask women who clean to “clean” the room, they just change towels, no dry cleaning, cleaning dust, there are no shampoos or body lotions, just some small hygiene sets. We expected a lot more from the hotel rated 4 stars and this expensive.

I don't know where to start! The rooms are spacious, the jacuzzi is highly enjoyable (as well as the swimming pool and the saunas) and everything is so neat and tidy. The cuisine is perfect. The staff is absolutely professional, but very friendly. I'm looking forward to enjoying the facilities and the amicable attitude of the personnel again. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in a hotel for work. It is surrounded by magnificent nature. The hotel is very good for business meetings. The food in the hotel is delicious, the SPA is excellent, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The rooms are satisfactory. Although the hotel is new, I had problems with the shower cabin. After showering, the water would flood the entire bathroom, the drainage was very bad. Nevertheless, my impression of the hotel is satisfactory.

I have visited hotel Crni Vrh with my family during the breakfast and the hotel left solely positive emotions and impressions. We have tried every dish was offered and surely we can't help but taste the bread as it looked very delicious. The bread was different kind of flour from corn, buckwheat and integral one. The bread deserves its special attention as it is made of truly Serbian traditions and is for vacations in the mountains. I would like certainly recommend this hotel not only for breakfast as well for staying in.
