The approach road to the hotel is quite narrow, reflecting the property's age, so if you're driving, you’ll need to navigate carefully, especially if you’re not familiar with tight spaces. However, during my stay, i found the staff to be polite, attentive, and willing to assist with any queries or needs. The level of service provided was on par with expectations for a hotel in this category. Rude front desk. Showed a particular room, the moment we booked through mm t they changed and pushed to a bad room.

Overall good hotel, staff is cooperative ang good room service but restaurant for vegetarian is not available other all facilities are very good

Room size too small, staff was very polite and humble, no exhaust fan in bathroom, hot water coming all the time

Good staff every thing was well maintained clean and neat room near to the market and beach and bus stand

Breakfast not buffet bcoz no breakfast customer room in average second day once order for breakfast and both day same breakfast no change… they have option but that is paid not complimentary they don’t know we paid for breakfast

Safe and secure for family. Rooms are good with ample space and all the required amenities. Beverage services are also up to the mark. Only one remark, if you required extra bad in the room the policy should be clear with make my trip as i had to pay extra charges for additional bad although i mentioned additional bad request in the make my trip application.
