Rainbow Resort Diu

They advertise on the website that they have free WiFi,but when we stayed there we were told no WiFi. The hotel is outdated and needs a revamp and bring it up to date,in the room I stayed there was no control for the A/C. The restaurant in the hotel does not serve alcohol but we are in Diu so I don't understand that.The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the staff. Oh one more thing no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

***All positive reviews are fake*** It is a desi dharam shala, with dirty surroundings, dirty rooms and bad washrooms. We had a headache in getting the phone working, no hot water to shower, had to change the room in middle of the night as fan or AC was not working, no courtesy to refund in absence of facilities by the hotel staff.

Please can you contact me iv book a room and asked for an extra bed I book this before hand … and the *** at the reception is not even willing to help instead he shouted at me infront of everyone and wouldn’t even give me a contact number for the management the lady I spoke to her name is kajal and she was very good but this *** as soon as I asked for his name he put the phone down and blocked my call from the hotel Moblie this is very unacceptable please can you give me a number for the management so I can take this matter forward as it’s very hot and am travelling with my elderly parents and I don’t need this right now
