Hotel in zona RSD, West Athens

Noi ci siamo preoccupati per la posizione, pensando che andavamo a b vicino al centro della città. Ma la posizione è grande - è solo 2 isolati dal metro, rendendolo conveniente per tutto per metro. L'appartamento è super moderno e grande. Il tempo di risposta dalla squadra Lux&Easy è sorprendente - e sono sempre stati così utili. Sono il migliore. L'appartamento è in un quartiere locale, persone camminano cani, persone andranno al lavoro, altri andranno al mercato. Balcone piacevole per guardare tutto.Bello!

La posizione era vicino a una linea di metropolitana che era conveniente per arrivare a Plaka e l'Acropolis. Molte buone pranzi vicini come Alexander il Grande e Central Grill. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose e il personale dell'ufficio frontale è obbligatorio e proattivo. Aveva una partenza precoce alle 0600 e poteva avere colazione di base come caffè e pane con giovenche, anche se il caffè non era aperto fino alle 0700. Valore globale per soldi per il bilancio consapevole.

Myself & my partner stayed here for a week on a bed & breakfast basis, booked via Jet2. As it was my partners birthday, we were upgraded to a larger room with complimentary fruit & prossecco. However, as the room was on the 1st floor (107) we found it rather dark & we asked to be moved, which after one night we were, to room 506, which although smaller offered more light & a better view. The rooms do lack some storage space, but are clean with comfortable beds & pillows & nice showers. The blinds, lighting, heating & air con are all worked via a tablet, which did go wrong once, but was quickly repaired. The breakfast has something to suit most tastes, including freshly squeezed orange juice & tasty coffee. The hotel also has a rooftop area where you can relax with a view of the Acropolis. The area that the hotel is in could be better, as you may see beggars & drug addicts, however we didn't experience any problems from them. It is very handy for Omonoia Metro Station & this is where we encountered our big holiday problem, in that I had my wallet stolen when on the escalator leaving the station. I won't go into all the details, just to say that if you do choose to travel on the Metro, do so with extreme caution. Apparently, there are organised gangs of Eastern Europeans that are travelling on the trains & located at the stations & there are many many stories of tourists being robbed. The Police presence is virtually invisible, both on the trains & at the stations & there is also a lack of cctv. The Police don't seem overly concerned when you report the crime & just get you to fill in a form & give you a crime number. It is a MAJOR PROBLEM that needs sorting. The hotel staff could not have been kinder & more helpful, including ordering our taxi to the Police station, giving us complimentary drinks, fruit & chocolates & generally going the extra mile to help us. So finally, a big big shout & thumbs up to Panayiotie the brilliant barman & Villy & Melina the lovely receptionists. We love you all & you're a credit to the company.

Leggendo le altre recensioni mi ero molto spaventata. Temevo non ci fosse l’aria condizionata, che per uscire dall’hotel si rischiasse la vita, che il cibo facesso schifo ecc. Invece, per fortuna, nulla di tutto ciò. L’hotel è pulito, si mangia in maniera dignitosa, con sempre molte insalate, primo, secondo e dolce. Acqua a volontà e se vuoi anche vino (buono). La camera è pulita e dotata di tutti i confort, inclusa l’aria condizionata regolabile direttamente dalla camera. Cambi di asciugamani frequenti (anche inutilmente secondo me, che sono contro gli sprechi). Colazione abbondante e varia. Il personale parla poco inglese, ma ci si riesce a capire. La zona è comoda al centro, ma ahimè, essendo una zona molto povera, è una zona pericolosa, ma basta stare all’occhio.

Sono triste di leggere che questo problema era anche in età, e fino alla settimana scorsa non è cambiato niente... Non ho controllato il tripadvisor prima di prenotare Sto solo aprendo questo per far sapere agli altri questo problema, ma vedo che è un vecchio e insolito problema. Dopo la terribile prima notte che ha detto alla ricezione cosa è successo, oh ok, manderò il custode a sanificare la stanza, quando siamo tornati la sera, penso che nessuno abbia mai entrato in quella stanza, coz la foglia era ancora sporca di sangue. La seconda notte, questa volta ci hanno cambiato la stanza, lo stesso problema, mentre io stavo peggiorando e fortunatamente mi hanno cacciato (ci siamo stati con due figli, due figli, mezzo, e otto mesi di bambino). Ancora una volta, andai in ricevimento e abbiamo avuto un'altra stanza, ma nulla è cambiato; l'unica cosa che dovevano fare è che tutto si scongelasse nel bin per iniziare a sanificare e a pulire profondamente dal tetto al fondo, poi dipingere il muro e tutto nuovo. (Eravamo 4 ma nelle prime due camere abbiamo avuto 3 letti singoli, nell'ultima solo un letto matrimoniale)

De service was super 👍 De receptiemedewerkers waren stuk voor stuk zeer vriendelijk, meedenkend en servicegericht. Helaas waren het zwembad en de Spa niet in gebruik Ivm verbouwing. Van de Spa wisten we dat, het binnenbad zou echter open zijn. Dat was een tegenvaller voor ons, hadden het hotel hier speciaal op uitgezocht. Maar de aangeboden oplossing (gratis gebruik van taxi of fiets) maakte dit voor 95% goed. We hebben heel lekker gegeten, het was n beetje jammer dat we de enige gasten waren.

This is an exceptionally lovely place to stay in the centre of Athens. Walking distance to the Acropolis, Plaka District and all the fabulous restaurants. Very nice rooms and amenities with very friendly staff. Excellent service. Make sure you go up to the roof top bar for food and drinks with a fabulous night time view of the Acropolis and make sure you say hi to Marios… the best and friendliest of bar hosts!

We stayed here for 2 nights after exploring islands around greece. I needed a hotel near acropolis (10 mins walk) and found this hidden gem. The hotel is clean and the check in was super quick. The rooms were comfy and had all the bells and whistle which i did not even get staying at 5* resorts in Mykonos and other islands like kettle, shoe shine, make up wipes. These small and little things matter and this property had it which suprised me the most. The interior of the hotel is tastefully done. The breakfast was at a nearby cafe. We had a coffee and avocado toast there which was just okay. If you are like me who wants to stop at Athens to catch a flight or ferry to the islands and need a proper value for money hotel. This is it.

I stayed here for one night on 3rd September. The location is very convenient. The port of Piraeus is safe and ”rising” a lot in recent years. If you feel like going on prettier areas, it's only a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes taxi. (Town Hall, Pasalimani/Zea, even Mikrolimano or Piraiki and so on... Metro is 3 minutes walk away too. I liked the facilities in the room (coffee maker, toiletries, ”smart” technology.) Decoration-wise, I liked the hotel. I personally like the blue color in the room, however dark shades make the room seem even smaller.The double bed was comfortable for me traveling alone for one night. It's a city hotel and I knew beforehand that the room would be small, so for me it wasn't a problem. But the classic I stayed in I don't think would be suitable for 2 people and/or a long stay. Some small complains are that there were some tiny stains on the pillows. Cleanliness was good overall, but in 4+ star hotels you expect attention to detail. The staff were polite but the inexperience of some of them shows, they seem kind of anxious and they don't talk comfortably or naturally, tt's like they're parroting a text. I didn't like the breakfast system and something urgent happened, so I left too early and didn't get one. All in all, despite any objections, it will be among my choices for the future.
