Polismata - Private Residences

GO HERE! Oh my god go here. If you’re going to Kardamyli, GO HERE. Gated parking, beautiful homes with kitchens, living rooms, and jacuzzis. Walk or drive the 600M down into town for groceries or restaurants. My hosts were absolutely fantastic. I felt like I was in a private spa staying here. If you’re touring by car, take at LEAST one night here and rest your boots. The residences are very attractively priced, extremely relaxing, and your hosts are really wonderful people. 10/10!

The views where amazing,areas around the property were clean and it was extremely quiet enjoyed every single moment we were there will miss polismata for shore,thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

We booked Polismata/Villa Passava through Airbnb for 2 nights while traveling through the Peloponnese. We weren’t sure that the trip was going to happen as we were waiting for my daughters passport. In risk of losing all my money I had to cancel last minute to at least salvage 50% of the rental costs. I contacted George and explained the situation and he assured me that if we made it that he would only charge me the amount that I lost. We got the passport 3 hours before leaving for the airport and we rescheduled with George! He is the perfect host. He greeted us and showed us around his beautiful homes and was available for any questions we might have. This place is perfect! My daughters room was downstairs and she had a full bathroom. The master bedroom was upstairs with a huge balcony w/ hot tub. The views were amazing looking out over the olive trees down to the village and the sea. The bed was an experience in itself , COCO-MAT! I’m now looking to purchase my own!🤣 The entire house was decorated perfectly and so clean! He definitely went above standard for a rental. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking that you might do. He had everything, sewing kit , first aid kit… The parking was gated , although you dont need it as it is so quiet on his street. We really hated to leave and wanted to stay one more night. Maybe that is why my wife and daughter left their jackets there! We called George and asked him if they had found 2 jackets and he said that they were there and asked where we were heading next. He drove from Kalamata to Kardamyli to get the jackets and had them shipped to us overnight! He is an awesome host and I would recommend his places to everyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So sad to have to leave Villa Passava after the most beautiful week. What an amazing place - from the sublime sunset views from the hot tub, to George’s wonderful hospitality - this really was an amazing family holiday location. Thank you George for all your help during our stay. The villa is so well equipped and everything has been thought of, from the comfiest beds to the most beautiful Aptiva toiletries. I rarely return to places i’ve stayed because I love to experience new locations, however I have to return to Polismata one day - it’s too good to only experience once!

Μειναμε μια εβδομάδα τον Ιούλιο. Ο χώρος του σπιτιού ήταν καταπληκτικος με πολύ όμορφη διακόσμηση άνετος καθαρός, με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μεγάλες βεράντες. Ειδικά η επάνω με το τζακούζι και με θεα τον κόλπο της Καρδαμύλης είναι υπέροχη. θέλω να δώσω συγχαρητήρια στον ιδιοκτήτη για την άψογη εξυπηρέτησή την ευγένεια και την φιλοξενία. Σίγουρα αποτελεί το ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές και άμα ξανάρθουμε θα το επιλέξουμε με κλειστά μάτια.
