MMajabyMy stay in Shangri-La was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the hotel. Upon arriving at the train station, I couldn’t get a taxi, so I sent a quick message to the hotel via WeChat. To my surprise and relief, the staff immediately offered to come pick me up. It was a short ride, but during the drive, they shared interesting insights about the area, setting the tone for what would be a warm and personal stay. The hotel itself felt cozy and welcoming, with two dogs and a cat adding to the homely charm. They had my room ready early, so I could check in and rest right away. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and thoughtfully prepared for the cold weather—it had a large dehumidifier and central floor heating, which made it incredibly comfortable during the chilly days. The hotel is conveniently located near the Shika Snow Mountain, and from the property, I could catch glimpses of the snowy peaks, open grasslands, farms, and plantations. It was a peaceful and scenic spot—an ideal base for exploring the area. What stood out most was the attentiveness of the staff. They were always just a message away, responding promptly to every request. As a first-time visitor to Shangri-La, I appreciated the wealth of local recommendations they provided—from attractions to hidden spots worth visiting. One night, after a long day out, I asked for a simple meal in the room, and they delivered hot fried rice from the kitchen right on time. On my final morning, I had an early departure, and despite the hour, the staff woke up and personally drove me to the train station at 6:30 a.m. Their warmth and dedication left a lasting impression. The hotel also offers traditional ******* clothing that guests can try on for photos—complete with the option to pose with a goat! Although it was too cold during my stay to enjoy the outdoor swing or take many photos outside, the setting was undeniably beautiful. As we drove away on my last day, the view of flat grasslands with horses and cows grazing under the open sky was the perfect farewell. It was a calm, heartwarming experience—one I’ll remember fondly.

UUtente ospiteWhat can I say, Yeyu has simply got to be hands down, the best place that I have stayed in during my entire Yunnan trip. I am amazed and wasn't expecting it to be this great. I know the idea of staying in a luxury hotel doesn't seem to be something that goes hand in hand with hiking (I say this from my experience of having hiked in several other places before where the key highlight is the natural setting itself), but I have to say that it was really soothing for the soul. My girlfriend and I loved this place! The hotel is tastefully designed at every corner and angle and we can appreciate that a lot of creativity and thought was put into designing this place. The aesthetics is very pleasing to the eye and embraces the natural scenery really well. We also loved the homage it pays to the area's ******* roots such as the photographs displayed in the room (young ******* monks playing and the ******* gazelles in the bathroom) and also all the books about Tibet, Yunnan province that is in the library and living room space. The service provided by the staff was top notch, very attentive and caring. We were always asked if there's anything that the staff can do for us be it preparing a plate of fresh fruits, preparing some drinks for us when we were lounging at the living area and another completely unexpected one was when we returned from the Sacred Waterfall hike with our shoes filled with mud, the hotel staff kindly asked us to leave our shoes with him and it came back the next day fully cleaned, placed in front of our rooms. The lovely service provided was just simply amazing and for this, I would like to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude to all of the lovely staff at Yeyu who provided us with such a beautiful memory of our too brief stay here and thank you so much for the room upgrade. If I could organise this trip again, I would have liked to stay here much longer to be able to relax and enjoy the beauty of this place. Please believe me when I say that it is completely worth every yuan. PS: Please note that there are two Yeyu Hotels in Yubeng, one near the pond and the other near the temple. We stayed at the one near the temple. Both of them are beautiful in their distinctive ways.

Camera ampia, confortevole e conveniente: La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto accogliente: un rapporto qualità-prezzo incredibile! Vale assolutamente il prezzo, particolarmente indicato per famiglie o soggiorni lunghi. Ottima posizione a Dukezong Town: Situato proprio nel centro dell'antica città di Dukezong, comodissimo! A pochi passi da un ristorante di hotpot halal (a pochi negozi di distanza) e da altri ristoranti locali. Il posto perfetto per esplorare Shangri-La! Sempre pronti ad aiutare (anche con la traduzione!): Nonostante le differenze linguistiche, il personale è stato super reattivo su WeChat e ci ha aiutato a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande tramite la traduzione. Ha reso tutto molto più semplice! Verdetto finale: Un fantastico alloggio in famiglia con un servizio super gentile, un'ottima posizione e camere ampie e confortevoli. IIli NMSono rimasto a Lisiman Xinsu a Shangri-La per due giorni, ed è stata una vera e propria esperienza. Nonostante il pioggia, le viste erano ancora incredibilmente belle montagne miste e verdure lussuose che hanno fatto sentire tutto il posto sereno e magico. Il servizio era eccellente; il personale era caldo, attento e sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. Uno dei punti di vista del soggiorno è stato l'esperienza fotografica ******* è stato un modo divertente e unico di immergersi nella cultura locale e di portare a casa alcune memorie sorprendenti. La proprietà aveva anche molti animali adorabili che giravano in giro, che aggiungevano un bel fascino e rendevano il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, soprattutto per gli amanti degli animali. In generale, Lisiman Xinsu offre un ritiro pacifico con un grande equilibrio di bellezza naturale, esperienza culturale e ospitezza. Molto consigliato se si visita Shangri-La!

VVy Anh NguyenQuesto è di gran lunga il miglior hotel a cui ho soggiornato durante il mio viaggio in Cina. L'hotel è dotato di tutte le moderne strutture, soprattutto il bagno con un bidet automatico (qualcosa che non è stato trovato altrove in Cina). La stanza era incredibilmente accogliente con impianti di riscaldamento moderni, e l’ospite forniva anche una macchina per l’ossigeno (anche se non dovevo usarla), e mi sentivo davvero come valesse ogni penny per le due notti che ho passato qui. Uno dei punti di vista è stato il gatto di Ragdoll, il gatto carino e amichevole che vive qui! Il proprietario dell'hotel ci ha persino permesso di portare il gatto nella nostra stanza per giocare, ed è stato così dolce e giocabile. Inoltre, l'ospite ci ha offerto un servizio gratuito di pick-up e di abbattimento sia alla stazione ferroviaria che all'aeroporto, anche se era 7 di mattina! Se vuoi godere di un fantastico soggiorno a Shangrila, prenota questo hotel ora!

Ssun-flowerMy kids love this place. They were very happy with the open space and enjoyed hanging out with the doggies. There were alot of wildflowers in the compound too. The room was big, spacious and clean. The beds come with electrical blankets, so it wasn't cold when we were sleeping. Breakfast was the same everyday, but it's OK.

SSem S.Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre notti mentre esploravamo l'Upper Yubeng e facevamo alcune escursioni. La posizione è fantastica con delle belle viste panoramiche sulle montagne. Il tramonto e l'alba sono entrambi spettacolari da qui! Il servizio è stato buono, personale cordiale e persone gentili. La stanza è perfetta! Avevamo una stufa che ci ha aiutato molto nelle notti fredde. Non ci sono piaciuti gli asciugamani usa e getta, che spreco! Inoltre la stanza non è stata pulita una volta nelle nostre tre notti e abbiamo dovuto continuare a chiedere carta igienica/asciugamani. A parte questo, tutto è andato bene. Anche il cibo vegetariano è buono :)

JjshanghaiWe stayed at the Wake Up Mountain Hotel in June 2024 for a week. The Hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are excellent, and the view from the windows of the mountains is fantastic. The Hotel also has a viewing area (and a bar) on the roof, providing the best sunrise view of the entire region's mountains. The restaurant has a great menu and excellent food; it is the best restaurant in the area. Finally, the staff Wenwen and others are wonderful, friendly and helpful. They arranged car and driver tours for us to travel around the area and addressed our requests. Excellent stay. They are highly recommended. Ken and Jacqueline

The host was incredibly nice, warm, and super helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The price was surprisingly affordable for what was offered, included breakfast. They provide free pickup from railway station. The room was beautiful and cozy, with a private jacuzzi right inside, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning view of Shangri-La. There’s also a spacious common area with a billiard table and a small pool, all with the same amazing view. It was such a great spot to chill out. Plus, they have Luna, the friendliest dog ever. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La. Would 100% stay here again!👍🏻
