YYusry MuhammadOur host, Mr. Yao Xiang, was the epitome of kindness and hospitality. From picking us up at the train station to accommodating our requests even late at night, he went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable. He even ensured a smooth journey to our next destination. His genuine care and attentiveness made us feel truly valued. The room was nothing short of perfection, heated floors, cozy heated beds, a hot shower, and a delightful selection of snacks and drinks. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The package included a delicious welcome high tea, and the chance to try on traditional ******* clothing for me, my wife, and my son was a unique and memorable highlight. The breathtaking backdrop of majestic mountains, sprawling grass fields, grazing sheep, and friendly dogs and cat created a picturesque setting. It felt like stepping into a dream—a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Three days in this incredible place were far too short to fully immerse ourselves in its rich culture and beauty. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a mix of tranquility and adventure. With its sincere, helpful, and polite host and exceptional crew, this place truly offers a magnificent experience you’ll never regret. BBrucmeritI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. What stood out immediately was how responsive and efficient the team was through the group chat they created for guests. It felt like having a concierge in your pocket—fast, friendly, and always ready to help. One moment that really impressed me: I had sent my laundry in (yes, they offer complimentary laundry service—not just machines, but actual washing and drying done for you!), and I noticed one of my socks was missing. I casually asked about it in the group chat while I was having breakfast near the reception area. To my surprise, I saw a staff member literally sprint off from the reception and return shortly after—with my missing sock in hand! That level of attentiveness was genuinely remarkable. There was a little hiccup when the hotel forgot our advance booking for transport. We were initially told to book our own as their cars were all taken, which left us pretty dissatisfied—especially since it wasn’t a last-minute request. But while I was venting to my friend, one of our butlers overheard us and quietly stepped in. She said she'd help us out—and to our surprise, she personally booked a DiDi ride for us using her own money. We were honestly amazed by that level of care, and it meant so much that we later decided to bring her a little taste of our local delight as a thank-you gift. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea, complete with barista-made coffee and cakes—a perfect treat to enjoy while soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. Speaking of which, the view from my room was incredible—lush, open grasslands that made every moment feel peaceful and grounding. They also offer a car service to take you to nearby points of interest, but to be honest, the hotel itself was such a gem that I could have easily stayed in the whole time. Between the view, the service, and the food (the in-house restaurant is also worth mentioning—delicious meals and lovely ambience), I never felt the need to venture far. This hotel nails it when it comes to comfort, hospitality, and thoughtful touches. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and memorable stay. Bonus: they have three adorable chowskis roaming around the property, and one of them can even open the lobby door. 🐾 Honestly, that alone made my day. If you’re looking for a comfy, heartwarming escape—this is it. Would definitely return

La grande finestra della stanza si affaccia sul Goddess Peak. Puoi guardare il sole del Goddess Peak mentre sei sdraiato sul letto. Servizio: lavaggio a secco gratuito. Molto conveniente. Le torte, la frutta e il tè nel pomeriggio sono molto buoni. Mia figlia è tornata dopo aver scalato la cascata Shenfo verso le dieci e il personale non ha nemmeno preparato una cena separata pasto per lei. Grazie mille!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Shangri-La Banxia Time Homestay, e lo consigliamo fortemente a chiunque visita Shangri-La, Yunnan. Da quando abbiamo prenotato, l'ospite è stato estremamente rispondente, mantenendosi in contatto con noi per tre settimane prima del nostro viaggio. Hanno fornito consigli utili, come portare vestiti pesanti a causa del freddo e della neve, che ci hanno aiutato molto a prepararci per la nostra visita. Una delle migliori cose su questo soggiorno di casa era l'ospitalità, che ci ha portati in piedi e ci ha lasciati alla stazione ferroviaria gratuitamente, rendendo la nostra arrivo e partenza senza problemi. E poi, in un altro posto, ci hanno prestato giacche d’inverno a un costo non superiore, un gesto consapevole, e hanno organizzato un pilota per noi per visitare i luoghi che volevamo esplorare, rendendo il nostro viaggio felice e piacevole. Il soggiorno stesso era fantastico, esattamente come mostrato nelle foto, e dotato di tutte le attrezzature. Il letto era molto comodo e apprezzavamo i tetti caldi e l’ossigeno, essenziali a causa dell’altezza di Shangri-La. Il soggiorno di casa aveva anche un design moderno, mentre si trovava nel cuore della città antica, offrendo un facile accesso a tutto. Oltre al comodo soggiorno, la gentilezza e l’orientamento dell’ospite hanno migliorato la nostra esperienza, raccomandando grandi luoghi per visitare e ristoranti locali per provare, assicurandoci di avere un viaggio memorabile. In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno perfetto e in futuro sicuramente sceglieremo di nuovo questo soggiorno. Grazie Dai Lingli e marito.🥰❤️

VVy Anh NguyenThis is by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to China. The hotel is equipped with all modern amenities, especially the toilet with an automatic bidet (something that’s not found anywhere else in China). The room was incredibly cozy with modern heating facilities, and the host even provided an oxygen machine (though I didn’t actually need to use it). I truly felt that it was worth every penny for the two nights I spent here. One of the highlights was the adorable and friendly Ragdoll cat that lives here! The hotel owner even allowed us to bring the cat into our room to play, and it was just so sweet and playful. Moreover, the host offered us a free pick-up and drop-off service at both the train station and the airport, even though it was 7 in the morning! I honestly have no complaints about this hotel. If you want to enjoy a fantastic stay in Shangrila, book this hotel now!

UUtente anonimo這次香格里拉之旅能這麼完美，全靠住進了這家超棒的納帕海民宿！ 一進房間，齊全的設施就讓我眼前一亮。空調製暖效果超給力，香格里拉早晚温差大，有了它，寒意瞬間消散，暖到心坎裏。還有智能加熱馬桶，體驗感直接拉滿，每次使用都幸福暖意感爆棚。全屋智能客控更是科技感十足，燈光、窗簾動動嘴就能控制，太方便啦！ 閑暇時刻，往床上一躺，打開巨大的投影儀，選一部喜歡的電影，瞬間開啟愜意的私人影院時光 。洗衣服也不愁，小米智能洗烘衣機又快又安靜，完全解決了出行旅途又不想出門又不想用公共洗衣機的煩惱。 最讓我驚喜的是民宿的觀景體驗。門口那扇大大的落地窗，視野絕佳，每天清晨，不用出門，躺在床上就能將日出與雪山的美景盡收眼底，金色的陽光灑在雪山上，神聖又壯觀，每一幀都能直接當壁紙。 這裏的服務人員管家們也特別熱情，從辦理入住時的貼心引導，到遊玩時給出的實用建議，再到離開時的暖心送別，全程都讓人感覺像在家一樣自在。無論是幫忙預訂門票，還是解答各種問題，他們總是滿臉笑容，有求必應。 這次的住宿體驗太棒了！真心推薦給來香格里拉遊玩的朋友們，相信你們住了也一定會愛上！

FFlorence TF LeeI am a frequent traveler internationally. It is clear to me that this hotel owner has excellent standards. From minute details like toiletries, the fluffy bedroom slippers, the luxurious towels & bathrobes, to the fine cotton bed linens, I dare say they are a 6-star quality boutique hotel. The staff is friendly & accomodative. There is also batista coffee at breakfast. Location wise, it is so convenient! 3min walk to the Dukezhong bell. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Le persone che correno sono bellissime e offrono anche buone opzioni per colazione al mattino. L'unica piccola nota che ho è che, nonostante i migliori sforzi e un sistema di ventilazione molto moderno nel bagno, il bagno è già in forma, e capisco che la sfida sia di essere sotto controllo, data la situazione climatica. La prossima volta mi fermerò, e in realtà trascorrerò più di una notte qui. Ci sono così tante cose che potete esplorare qui!
