I am a frequent guest, visiting this location 4 to 5 times a year. (4 years in a row) If it weren’t a great place overall, I wouldn’t keep coming back. That said, I feel the need to address a few serious concerns, as a Golden Member of the Hotel Brain Group, in hopes that these complaints will reach management and lead to improvements. 1. Poor behavior at the beach bar (red sunbeds area): This just happened: At the bar area near the sunbeds and umbrellas for red wristbands, I witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior. A young black-haired woman named Maria was yelling loudly and harshly at a very calm and kind staff member named Vula. I was standing at the bar with my baby in my arms, waiting to be served for 15 minutes, completely ignored. After Maria rudely dismissed Vula, she finally served me—but with an aggressive tone and attitude, far from the standards of hospitality. It genuinely felt like I had shown up unannounced to a nervous dentist’s office rather than a beach bar. 2. Housekeeping issues: The housekeeping staff seemed careless and aggressive. They swept leaves only superficially, and twice failed to properly close the sliding door in my apartment. I returned from the beach to find the room cleaned but the glass door wide open—clearly a safety and security issue. 3. Chocolate cream incident: At 09:30 I asked for chocolate cream (not for coffee), and a staff member named Eva simply said, “Finished,” in a dismissive tone. Luckily, the hotel manager was nearby and resolved the issue immediately within 3 seconds. I appreciated her swift reaction, but such issues should not require managerial intervention in the first place. Again, I want to stress that everything else is 10/10—I truly enjoy this hotel. My complaints are only related to a few individuals who, unfortunately, seem to go against the otherwise high hospitality standards. Thank you for your attention.

What to say, it's was perfect, and reception was so cool!! Food is so good coctails are perfect !!! I hope to see you again!

Wonderful place to stay, clean and peaceful. The food is very delicious and diverse. The working team is amazing, kind, helpful, always smiling. It made out vacation perfect and relax!! The view is unbelievable We loved it!! Thanks you guys a lot!!!

If you have chosen "Family standard" rooms in this hotel, be prepared to have disastrous living conditions! Their is persistent smell of sewage from the bathroom and toilet in the room. The rooms are equipped with outdated furniture, poor quality bed linen and pillows. The cleaning is carried out superficially. It's impossible to sleep comfortably at night because of the noise from the old air conditioner that was making noise and the smell from the sewers that came out through the broken toilet door! If you leave the window open at night, then you are bitten by mosquitoes and various insects enters into the room. Even though the hotel is located on the first line from beach, the "Family Standard" rooms are located far from the beach, approximately 300-350 meters, that is difficult for children and old people. The pool is not tiled, but is painted and the paint has already come off and gives a cloudy look to the water. Although I stayed for 9 days, the beach was never cleaned of garbage. The entrance to the sea is not smooth, but steep, which is uncomfortable for small children, and on the bottom of the water there are pebbles that are uncomfortable for walking. The sea water is not as clean as it is at other beaches in Greece. Practically after 5 meters from the shore, the water reached up to the neck. On the positive side, I can mention the sea view location of the restaurant and the food which was diverse and tasty. The territory of the Hotel is large, good for walks, but mostly it is not properly maintained, being a lot of dry leaves on the ground. The children were delighted by the very large sports field. Also, the view of Mount Olymp is beautiful. There were also two beach bars serving drinks from 10.00-15.00 and 15.00-11.00. The sanitary blocks and the beach terraces are ok. In conclusion. Even if the price for the accommodation is advantageous, many potential customers may be disappointed by the accommodation conditions, so I suggest you think carefully if you agree to give up the comfort for a savings of a few hundred euros. The comment refers only to the "Family standard" rooms. For the other rooms, visually they seem to be neater and it seems that some investments in modernization have been made.

Disappointed ☹️ Second time we are here but never again. Rules are for Serbian but not for Germany. It's the and of sezone and they can't wait to see our back. Service and food are worse then last year.Not recommend et.

I recently stayed at the Olympios Zeus Hotel and felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I found the hotel to be significantly different from the impression created by the online pictures. The rooms were noticeably outdated and seemed to lack proper maintenance. This stark contrast was disappointing and gave the impression of false advertising. It's important for hotels to accurately represent their accommodations to ensure guests have realistic expectations. While the hotel staff were friendly and tried their best to address any concerns, the condition of the rooms remained a major letdown. It's worth noting that the hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, the discrepancy between the online portrayal and the actual state of the rooms overshadowed this positive aspect. During my stay at the Olympios Zeus Hotel, I noticed some discrepancies in the level of service provided to guests. While I cannot speak to any intentional discrimination, there seemed to be inconsistencies in the quality of food, drinks, and access to sunbeds between different guests. This uneven treatment was disheartening and created a sense of inequality among visitors. It is crucial for hotels to provide a consistent and fair experience to all their guests, regardless of their room category or any other factors. I hope the hotel management takes note of these observations and works towards creating a more equitable and inclusive environment for all their guests. In summary, my experience at the Olympios Zeus Hotel was marred by the significant gap between the advertised online images and the reality I encountered upon arrival. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and strives for greater transparency in their online representation."
