Hotel vivera grande.. I am a solo traveller of vivera grande..My company will book a room for your hotel...They afford a best price in Corporate guests...Ms.Nandhini is very helpful..She gave me a good and upgraded room.. Thank you Nandhini mam and team..

Stayed there for 10 days Average property with terrible food and staff attitude. Literally nobody understands English here . They act like they understood what you just said and do the opposite. Their chefs are obsessed with oil and butter Food presentation was really bad just like a street vendor. Ratings: Food ❌❌❌❌❌ Cleanliness ✅✅ Staff behaviour ❌❌❌❌❌ Housekeeping ❌❌ Pool ✅✅✅✅ Breakfast Menu - Repeated everyday ❌❌❌ Location- In middle of city ✅✅ TV/Channels (No Smart TV, Size very small) ❌❌❌ WiFi Speed ❌❌❌

I recently visited HOTEL VIVERA GRANDE on 20/02/2022 for our association meeting. Mr.P.PALANISAMY ( Supervisor, House keeping) a good, soft spoken,young guy who helped a lot throughout our association meeting. He explained the hotel amenities and all in a polite ***ner.Thank you so much.

Here I was stayed 10 days. In the 10 days the room are very nice and comfortable then the room service persons like sara and santhi both of them serve very neatly and cleanly. So everyone wants to visit this hotel.

Ambience is very nice Finger fish is very very tasty ever I had like this My best wishes to chef. Delicious food and neat cuisine. Must try : Fish finger, chicken tikka, ****tta, Chciken gravys, Gobi ***churian Over all : Best place to have dine with family

The Location of this Hotel is quite in center of the town and you have access to all important restaurants and sight seeing places nearby. The check-in was quick and the room, which I took was spacious and I went in as a family of 4, including 2 children. Their Complimentary breakfast was wide spread and their Rusigaram restaurant is also good in providing a scrumptious lunch. The only hitch, is though a booked a deluxe room telling that we are family of 4, out of which 1 kid will be 11 yrs of age and when booked online, the tariff rate changed i.e. hiked a bit as we included a 11 year old child also into the room We expected an additional bed to provided for the same, but I got charged additionally 1k with taxes, which could have been avoided. Since, I didn't want to create an issue of it, I would like to mention the ***agement, that if we are paying extra, in order to accommodate a child as well, then we are ought to think that an additional bed will be provided. So, please put an additional note, if you are going to charge for the same, so that the guest can be aware that they need to pay extra for the same. Apart from the above mentioned issue, my whole stay with Vivera grande was awesome, though it was for one day only.

Hotel Viveragrande is very happiest place for myself it’s like my home such an marvelous atmosphere friendly staffs amazing food friendly front office people’s Nandini helped me a lot at my checkin time each and every time she greeted a warm smile

We had a layover at this place on trip to Kodai, staff is very courteous and friendly. We had missed an item at the hotel while checking out, the staff, especially Nandini mam helped courier the items immediately. Rooms were clean and spacious, the location is great 👍
