Very beautiful residence "Le Parc de La Ronceray", 2 storeys. In the district of La Vicomté, in a quiet position in the residential district, 100 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: park 4 ha. Tennis, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "La Guais" 450 m, railway station 11 km, sandy beach "Prieuré" 300 m, park "Port Breton" 750 m, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Thalassa Dinard" 3.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 50 m, riding stable 750 m. Nearby attractions: Dinard et ses commerces 1.7 km, Le Grand Aquarium de Saint Malo 6 km, Saint Malo et ses Remparts 9 km, Dinan 23.3 km, Fort La Latte 36 km, Le Mont Saint Michel 57 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Dinard, 2 km. Additional accommodations can be booked. 1-room apartment 22 m2 on 1st floor. Renovated in 2017, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. The apartment is great! Clean and cozy in a gated complex. Very quiet and designed like a park. The best thing is the terrace and the view from there over the entire bay of St Malo, fantastic!

Mauvaise literie. Draps fournis mais il manquait le drap du dessous. Comment fait on si on n'a pas de solution de rechange. Prévoyante, j'avais mes propres draps.

Eine bessere Beschreibung zum Auffinden der Wohnung sowie Parkplatz ist erforderlich.Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön!!Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber der Ausblick wunderschön.
