Be aware that this property is not a hotel but an apar**ent in a locked building. We booked well ahead, arrived, and were told that instructions on how to enter the building were sent via WhatsApp, which wasn't true. After a phone call with a very rude man who refused to provide us with the information via phone, we had to leave and stay at another property. No refund was issued, no apologies were sent. In addition, the free parking offered is not at the property but a good 300m away. No bicycles are allowed in the building.

Booked 2 nights with the family. Everything is dealt with online so no in person contact with the host yet everything friendly and smooth, helpful host. The room is very spacious and super clean. Beds comfortable and bathroom with all the basics present. Smack down the centre of Dinant and with a great view of the river, the location is excellent. Everything in the centre of Dinant is within walking distance, including the train station. Would stay agin, recommended.

The location of this apar**ent in the centre of the delightful town of Dinant is a great place to base your stay. Sebastian, the owner, could not be more helpful. The apar**ent has two double bedrooms so can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Sebastian will however allow it to be used by two people. There is free parking all over the town and plenty of places within 200 mtrs of the apar**ent.

This property was like staying with your cousin Vinny! There are better choices.
This is a remote check-in and check-out facility.
LOTS of stairs to negotiate to get to all rooms!
Room was clean but very simple.
Breakfast was available but at a remote location which did not open until 0900.
Not a positive choice for the traveler.

Wonderful property with a great view of the Meuse and right in town close to everything. Owner was very communicative and cooperative. Room was simple, but clean, nice and had plenty of space for everything we needed.

Beautiful view of the waterfront, as pictures, comfortable bed and great location. Helpful instructions were sent via message on ******* once I notified staff of my check in time. No elevator. Liked the option of a washing machine although we had no time to use it.

Don't be fooled by the small door into the building--the room we had was enormous! It was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. We overlooked the River Meuse. The landlord was very helpful and attentive. The room was right on the main street in town. The location could not have been more convenient. It was a great stay for us and we would be glad to return.
