Be aware that this property is not a hotel but an apartment in a locked building. We booked well ahead, arrived, and were told that instructions on how to enter the building were sent via WhatsApp, which wasn't true. After a phone call with a very rude man who refused to provide us with the information via phone, we had to leave and stay at another property. No refund was issued, no apologies were sent. In addition, the free parking offered is not at the property but a good 300m away. No bicycles are allowed in the building.

Booked 2 nights with the family. Everything is dealt with online so no in person contact with the host yet everything friendly and smooth, helpful host. The room is very spacious and super clean. Beds comfortable and bathroom with all the basics present. Smack down the centre of Dinant and with a great view of the river, the location is excellent. Everything in the centre of Dinant is within walking distance, including the train station. Would stay agin, recommended.

The location of this apartment in the centre of the delightful town of Dinant is a great place to base your stay. Sebastian, the owner, could not be more helpful. The apartment has two double bedrooms so can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Sebastian will however allow it to be used by two people. There is free parking all over the town and plenty of places within 200 mtrs of the apartment.

Prima voor elkaar . Twee nachten verbleven met 2 personen in 4 persoons kamer. Kregen kingsize bed en 2 éénpersoons bedden en zeer net sanitair. Kamer met cijferslot. Wel beetje gehorig maar geen last van verkeer door goede ramen. Ook voldoende donker tijdens nacht.
