The receptionist (male) was not trained on hospitality and had No etiquettes to talk to guests. He was very annoying,had so much attitude as if he was a big shot. Lol. Not well educated, which fully proves the phrase”little knowledge os dangerous. Never going back to acacia again . Though this was my fourth visit. Had a very bad experience with Guy receptionist.

Recommended by a friend of mine. Compared to the price, the interior is not very impressive. Need a little improvement.

My stay at hotel acacia has always been pleasant. Very hospitable, very warm and homely. Good food as well

My check in was very smooth, no trouble. Food was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the water was good.

Hotel acacia, is a well clean maintained and a good behaviour of the ground staff but some things to keep maintained i will not mention that. As i will rate 4 out of 5 star

Good, clean place with affordable price, located in a good locality. 20 minutes from railway station. Best part was the restaurant. Food was fantastic with reasonable price.

The breakfast timing could be a little hassle although don't listen to me, i'm just lazy. It was a pleasant stay but the sound of the cars was the only disadvantage.
