"There's not even water in the rooms... They say there's parking, but the front of the hotel is full, they told us to leave our car in a side street... The elevator was broken, I asked them to change our room, but they said to move it to a working elevator... There's no TV, no one answers the phone... A dog sleeps in the lobby, let's see if there's tea at breakfast? We paid 6-7 thousand TL, it's absolutely not worth it, even 2000 TL is too much... The shower is a nightmare, it's tiny, you couldn't even pick it up from the floor... This room is a suite, how can there be no water in a suite??? An outdated practice!!! 😡 Look for a guesthouse, it's better...."
