Hotel in zona La Salamandre, Digione

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento st varen.Tutto stupendo.nuovo dotato di tutte le stoviglie necessarie,tapparelle elettriche che assicurano oscurità per il riposo,due camere(una per noi è una per i ragazzi)ben separate dosate di letti con materassi e cuscini super confortevoli. Anche piumino lenzuola e asciugamani(abbondanti)pulitissimi e confortevoli. L appartamento molto pulito dotato anche di lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Nella hall dell hotel si poteva usufruire di giochi in scatola molto apprezzati dai bambini. Molto ben insonorizzato Spazi molto molto ampi Posizione assolutamente centrale e comodissima Disponibile a pagamento il garage Insomma ci è piaciuto tantissimo tutto Molto molto raccomandato

Tutto bene all'hotel. L'unica carenza negli Stati Uniti e nella Cina è che non c'è un parcheggio e deve essere parcheggiato vicino al parcheggio pubblico.Data la posizione centrale della città antica, questo è anche comprensibile. Il più bello è il ristorante per la colazione. Le caratteristiche dell'hotel che il monastero ha modificato sono state espresse in modo completo qui, e vale la pena stare qui.

We checked in yesterday (02 Jan 2024) for 2 nights stay. The hotel seems to be fanciful but breakfast is priced very expensively at 21€. We wanted to try this new concept of the Accor group anyway so why not? The room was in general clean but to my horror, upon lifting up the toilet bowl cover, I was greeted with a toilet bowl full of yellowish piss that had not been flushed away. That meant that the toilet was never ever cleaned before releasing for next guest.. or the housekeeping took a convenient piss before leaving and forgetting to flush. Anyway, it could be a genuine mistake so let's not make a fuss at this moment. But I was disappointed to see that there was hardly any amenities in the room. No tea or coffee bags with water boiler. There was only a packet of drinking water in the minibar. It turned out that the water was not even replenished the next day. What was funny: there is a sticker on the minibar door that indicates vending machine available on ground floor. But it could not be found. When we asked the receptionist, we were told that the vending machine is still yet to be installed ??!?!? And suggested to us to go to their restaurant bar to order water or drinks instead. No way ! I am not going to pay for pricey drinking water or tea from their restaurant. Not mentioning that the service charge we will have to pay for getting drinking water there. For a hotel at this tariff, I expected at least to have the basic water, teabags and coffee bags available and replenished! At least most of the basic hotels in France offer this. Some hotels would even offered a coffee machine with capsules. It makes us started to look around the room with a more critical eye. Indeed not only drinking water and basic beverages are not offered. There was only a small bar of handsoap and a miserable piece of body soap placed in the shower to be shared by two occupants of the room. Not only that, the next day after housekeeping, the body soap was not replenished at all. We came back into the room to see the previous bar of soap lying there miserably. This is not what we expected from an Accor hotel which is usually a brand we feel confident in. Mama Shelter tries to be hip and fanciful in their loud decor but in real fact is lacking in hospitality by trying their best to save up whatever they can from the basic necessities (soap, drinking water...) Definitely I will not ever stay in this chain ever again. I sincerely hope Accor group will review and see if it fits their usual standards, because I surely don't think so.

We stayed one night in this very nice hotel. The central location was ideal, and after checking in we were able to explore the old town of Dijon at our leisure. The hotel was opened in 2024 and is therefore very modern. The modern rooms have a comfortable bed, a great shower and a video projector as a TV. Despite the air conditioning, we were able to open a window. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, only the coffee from the fully automatic machine could be a little stronger. The underground car park is a bit cramped and costs €11.50 per night. We were able to charge our electric car overnight for a flat rate of 15€ (four 5kW wallboxes are available). All in all, the perfect choice for a short stay in Dijon.

I always stay here and will continue to do so - but there is a decline in standards. On my last two stays the toilet was stained and not well cleaned, wallpaper had been ripped away in places, property of previous occupants was still in the room and there were broken tiles in the shower room. A slip in standards that could easily be rectified. The location of this Hotel and the friendly staff mean I will continue to use it regularly, but dont let it slip further.

Non conoscevamo questa catena ”Adonis” e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. La camera era spaziosa, perfettamente pulita, molto ben attrezzata, con personale affascinante. Il posto era tranquillo, abbiamo trascorso una fantastica serata lì.

Mi sorprendeva molto quanto questo hotel fosse bello considerando il prezzo. Cercavo un posto per una notte mentre facevo una tour a bici vicino Dijon. Penso di avere l'ultima stanza disponibile. Ha due letti gemelli, che normalmente non avrei avuto. Ma sono felice di aver fatto. La stanza era molto pulita e aveva una vista così bella sul campo di rotolamento, e anche le ombre esterne erano automatiche che aiutavano davvero a oscurare la stanza mattina. Era un personale molto accogliente e mi hanno lasciato conservare la mia bici in una stanza di magazzinaggio. Avverto che se siete su una bici, l'hotel è situato dopo un lungo monte di montagna. Grande per le viste, ma è un lavoro per pedalare fino. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui di nuovo

Posizione per soggiorni brevi, shopping per 1 notte. Apprezzo il parcheggio gratuito. Tuttavia, la moquette in camera è un po' vecchia e ci sono alcune differenze nel bagno, come il lime sul rubinetto e così via. Ad esempio in camera c'è la macchinetta del caffè, ma bisogna chiedere alla reception capsule e prodotti da bagno, altrimenti questo quattro stelle è già disponibile. Non ci tornerò. Conclusione: sì, ma non più.

This has got to be one of the worst hotels I have ever spent time at. First of all there are no humans to help you with your check in its all done by a self service screen so if you have any problems or queries there's no chance in anyone helping you. As for the room I'm sure prisoners have got bigger cells than what we were given for 2 adults and a 12 year old. The shower toilet and sink was completely horrendous and was about the same size as a port-a-loo (portable toilet) and was given 3 hand towels for 3 people to shower with. There was no facilities in the room to make a simple tea or coffee not even a glass to have a drink from. The bed was uncomfortable the shutter at window was jammed the door didn't lock properly I could go on for hours. Don't waste your money on the breakfast my dog gets better fed than what was offered we ended up leaving and spending more money at McDonald's.
