Aquasis de Luxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

This holiday was as a surprise birthday treat for my wife and she was unaware of the hotel we were staying in, I opted for the lakeside room with pool view and it did not disappoint. On arrival we were blown away by the shear size of the resort and loved how the kids had the rental battery cars zooming around on what can only be described as a giant race track around the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, the choice of food was good and the snack bars had different options between them. The on site clothes shop was well priced as it pretty much matched the prices of same items as found in the town without the 2way taxi costs.. the entertainment team were all brilliant and big shout out to Ragnar and Roda who really went above and beyond in making my wife and I laugh through our stay. Overall the complex was well kept, it was clean and tidy and the number and size of pools were fantastic although a tad cold which just added to the entertainment watching people dip their toes in or jump in and gasp. The spa was nice experiencing a Turkish bath for the first time, we opted for a massage to which the girls found issues. We were promised if we take a further 4massages in consecutive days all would be good…. Sadly we both still have our issues and we are the best part of £600 down, research suggests leaving 48hrs between massages but the owner just wanted to rinse us for the money in a short space of time, the only bad part of our entire stay. Overall both my wife and I really enjoyed our time at this resort and I am planning on returning next year with my 2sons just without the massages

Rooms We had deluxe room in main building which was great and spacious. Only downside was didn't think maids cleaned thoroughly enough has some days floor was dirty Pools Was massive but Absolutely freezing could do with being heated this time of year but our son still loved it. Food Main restaurant had a great selection but could have had better selection for kids. We loved the pool and beach snack bars pizza,kfc chicken and jacket spuds were great! But need to do something about flies at beach snack bar was so annoying. Ala carter was also fantastic Drinks Think they need to improve drastically on the selection only draught beer available was Efes which was terrible in plastic glasses and most cocktails were pre-made. Best drinks were in lobby bar in proper glasses Entertainment Childrens Entertainment was quite good even though it catered for Germans mostly. Cabanas Absolutely fantastic we loved every minute and worth every penny Adding this altogether we thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon at aquasis and would definitely come back

Hotel is absolutely lovely and the staff are really good and freindly. The hotel is spotless and clean. There is food for everyone and a large choice. This was our third year here and booked again for next year. The entertainment was good and every night.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The food was very good and a lot of variation. The whole staff try’s to make your stay as good as possible. The animation was also very good, during the day there are a lot of games you can play with all the people and the animation. The shows in the evening are also very nice! For me a perfect holiday! :)

Lovely holiday Check in was smooth and quick the staff were brill took our bags up and talked to us about the hotel and what was where Room was lovely spacious only downfall not enough space for 4 people's clothes. The main pool is spacious never felt crowded kids loved the slides, we ended up using the pool by the lake houses as the water was less harsh, the kids said the water in the main pool hurt their eyes as did a few people we spoke with. Also unfortunately the floor was filthy where the sunbeds were around the main pool as it didn't get cleaned(mopped) there was food on the floor which attracted alot of ants cleanliness around the pool areas definitely not upto scratch. Oh and why WHY do people feel the need to reserve sunbeds thought them days were over should not be allowed The barmen were brilliant especially the gentleman at the lakehouse pool bar remembered what drinks we had very friendly and just brilliant all round. The restaurant the amount of food and food choices was the best I have seen. The queues for the grill at the back got abit much at times and felt like feeding time at the zoo. Mustafa one of the waiters in the main restaurant looked after us he always made sure we had drinks and interacted with the kids he is a credit to the hotel. We used the picante a 'la carte it was lovely food again the waiters in there were brilliant Also went to the Asia/sushi restaurant again the gentleman in there (didn't get his name but it was Tue 27th aug 7.15pm) was so helpful talked us through the menu was brilliant with the kids the girls loved being called princess honestly couldn't do enough for us kept the drinks topped up. The evening entertainment was good but abit repetitive if your there for more than a week you will see the same shows usually when I have been away the 2nd week is usually different. The ride on jeeps, segways and bikes are a hit we loved them a good laugh The shops onsite are a brill idea And I love the tattoo shop max is a top bloke came and spoke to us most days. Also the beach is lovely the kids loved the water sports the beach restaurant was good and the chicken wings up by the pool bar were to die for way better than KFC and the jacket potato were bloody good Entertainment team random rando (I think that's his name had a blue plait in his hair) rado crazy one with lots of energy and who we called boss lady (again didn't get name but had her hair in plaits grey I do believe) these 3 were the only ones we spoke with a good laugh and bloody brilliant at what they do Overall staff are very friendly it's a nice hotel and we had a lovely holiday
