The waiter Ibrahim made all our rest! He's just a wonderful person! We are very grateful to him!!! Always with a smile! Always very friendly! In general, he made our vacation!!!! The owner of the hotel will hopefully notice such a valuable frame and appreciate it.

Our family had an extraordinary stay at Royal M Hotel & Resort by Gewan Al Aqah Beach. It was truly one of the best staycations we’ve ever had. Upon arrival, a helpful colleague assisted us with our bags, storing them in the concierge area and providing a tag for easy retrieval. The concierge staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. At the check-in counter, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing Latifa from the Front Desk. She was extremely friendly, always smiling, and thoroughly explained everything about the hotel and the activities available before our official check-in time. A detailed program of all hotel activities is conveniently displayed on TV screens in the lobby. Latifa even called us when our room was ready and informed us that we had been upgraded to an Executive Suite, which was a delightful surprise. Thank you so much, Latifa! Our room was stunning, offering a beautiful sea view. It was impeccably clean, with all necessary amenities provided. We had lots of fun on our arrival day, playing beach volleyball, using the health club facilities, and colleague Karim was extremely helpful. We also enjoyed games on Level 1, including table football, billiards, and ping pong. We watched a belly dance show and a movie with juices and popcorn provided by the hotel. In the evening, we called housekeeping and requested an extra bed for our child, extra towels, and slippers. Housekeeping colleague Shahroz kindly provided us with everything. He was such a friendly and understanding colleague, a rare quality to find in hotels nowadays. The following day, we had an amazing breakfast at the restaurant, with a wide variety of delicious food. We had lots of fun in the swimming pool, participating in water polo games and an entertaining water gym session guided by the fantastic Usama. His energy made the program fun and unique. Upon check-out, we were informed that we could use the hotel and health club facilities all day long. We enjoyed exercising in the gym and relaxing in the sauna and steam room. Although it would be better to have toiletry amenities in the showers, a kind colleague from housekeeping brought us the necessary amenities upon request, allowing us to take a proper shower.
