The check-in process took nearly 40 minutes due to unprofessional staff and issues with the booking system that couldn't be resolved promptly. It appeared that half of the guests faced similar problems, leading to long queues. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to resolve the issue, resulting in a delayed check-in. Consequently, our planned activities, such as diving to see fish and turtles, were significantly impacted due to the delay. This initial experience is crucial, and it's unacceptable for a purported 4-star hotel to provide such a disappointing service. Furthermore, the facilities appeared cramped, with minimal greenery for leisurely walks, aside from a vast parking area. Additionally, the food quality was average. Considering the price, it's evident that the hotel falls short of its advertised 4-star rating and may only deserve a maximum of 3 stars.
