Everything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone. It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive. One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

È appena terminata la mia vacanza in Diani reef resort ed è stata un’esperienza bellissima, cibo buono con tante alternative, stanze accoglienti, staff super disponibile e sempre con il sorriso 😄 un grazie alle ragazze e i ragazzi che ci intrattenevano la sera con il loro show, in particolare Ivonne, Maria e Elisabeth che ci hanno fatto ballare e giocare tutte le sere ❤️

Hotel meraviglioso - grande posizione e anche le strutture sono grandi. L'unica questione è quando l'hotel è pieno - ci sono scarse tovaglie di spiaggia. Non aiuta che la maggior parte delle persone prenda più di quanto previsto, cioè 3/4 più per persona piuttosto che una per persona. Dovremmo aspettare tutto il giorno per ottenere una tovagliola pulita. ( parlando con altri ospiti - hanno raccolto le loro tovaglie @ 7.30am o la notte prima ...) . Si consiglia che la gestione introduca un sistema CARD per asciugamani per spiaggia in modo che tutti abbiano una distribuzione equa (se non è piena, si può riversare al sistema attuale). Le relazioni degli ospiti (Marcia) sono sorprendenti e consigliano di parlare di qualsiasi cosa locale. Lei può consigliarvi e aiutare ogni volta che è possibile. Il più positivo è il cibo - è stato sorprendente e il più fresco della cucina è stato visibile. Il bar è stato veloce per rispondere agli ordini di bevande. l'unica domanda è la quantità di carta da usare, poiché la maggior parte degli ospiti sono su All- inclusive, ma è stato chiesto che il numero della stanza sia dato ogni volta che ordinate una bevanda. Forse la gestione può rivedere questo? che il personale veda i BANDS decidere quali ordini alimentari sono necessari o meno

Siamo stati al Neptune 4gg dopo un safari e onestamente capisco poco le recensioni negative. Il resort è molto bello (4 piscine, 2 ristoranti alla carta, 2 a buffet e 3 cocktail bar) e molto grande. Un prato con i lettini anticipa l'ampia spiaggia poco soggetta alle maree (non come watamu per intenderci). Camere ampie con balcone. Lo staff è assolutamente delizioso (super gentili e professionali). Le note dolenti sono il cibo (poco ricambio nei buffet e spesso molte scelte locali) e la connessione internet (presente in poche zone del resort) ma onestamente, visto il resto, possono essere dettagli marginali (si può cenare ad aragoste fuori dal resort con poche decine di euro).

Was there with the kids and this was exactly what we needed. Service, quality and cleanliness was 5star. For such a big hotel, I’m amazed at the level of cleanliness and service. It is also ideal if like us, you don’t like itineraries when on holiday as the hotel has activities and 3 restaurants so we didn’t leave the hotel except for one night. Keep up the good work and we will definitely be back. Thank you all!

We were privileged to stay at Bahari Dhow Villas between August 1 and Augus 6, 2023. We were attracted to the serenity of the facility, and the accessibility of the pools next to the villas (villa has three great and well-kept pools), which our children really loved, as well as its location on the beach (allowed us rest and dining at the beach). The highlight of our stay was the tasty food from the restaurant and great customer service from the reception team (Lillian + Jerome) to the workers (Steven), the waiters (Chai + Caxton), and the pool attendant (Daniel). These individuals made our stay enjoyable, and we would like to thank them! The villas are also spacious, with the kitchen having a good oven and fridge (even though the kitchen would do with addition crockery and cutlery). The flip side of our visit was the acceptance into the property of rowdy, party-going travelers that occupied the villa next two ours, two days to our departure. The last two days were characterized by rowdy behavior that included blaring music, from early morning, aimless consumption of alcohol including around the pool to some unwelcome making out in the pool! With a mixed crowd of families with infants and small children, to mature citizens as patrons, we would have hoped that the instructions were clear on the type of activity and behavior permissible in the premises. This was not the case and forced us to complain to the reception on two occasions about the music and general disruption. On the villar itself, we feel that a thorough cleaning is due, especially in the kitchen area (walls and electronics) and the lounge chairs (external and internal ones). Also, our mattress in the master bedroom may do with a change as we kind of sunk into the middle, ruining a good night of rest.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, il ristorante è anche adatto alla canna cinese, e ci sono molti pezzi di canna, quindi non posso aprire la porta del balcone a caso.
