Diani Campsite and Cottages

The hotel is 5 minute walk to the beach and the supermarket. The rates are fair, it has a pool area with gazebo and nice pool beds. You get to see wild animals around like monkeys where you can feed them. It's a cool quiet place...I'd recommend it

This is my 1st time here and I loved it the place is okay ,they have great food ì enjoyed costal meals and good customer care from the staff in general. The beach is cool and just walking distance I spent good time in the evening and morning before staring work, The rates are budget friendly and they have variety of houses to choose from. Next tripam planning with my whole family.

I stayed at the campsite Hotel for 3 nights during my vacation. The hotel is located a few meters to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the supermarket which made it easier and convenient. The check in was quick and staffs were friendly..........

The Diani Campsite was very clean and beautiful on the Outside. Also well maintained. Our main problem was with the rooms. No bathroom sandals, not enough shower towels and sometimes you even find dirty, worn out and stained towels which I personaly found it very unhygenic considering we were there for a long stay. The kitchen also didn't have a single Kitchen towel and no water dispenser. I will never forget our first night we were very tired from the long flight but I couldn't actually sleep well. There were lots of insects biting and my body was literally itching. The housekeeping staff there are not clean at all and the management is not also concerned because I never saw anyone do a routine check. I mean for the 3 weeks we stayed in the bathroom walls and sinks were never cleaned and yet we found them dirty. The ladies cleaning dishes were not even using soap I mean like you literally have to clean the dishes again before using them even the cooking pots. The place is literally dirty hence not cleaned everyday they skip one day so they can clean. I mean like where do you find rooms not being cleaned daily and worse its a place where guest are meant to cook if they want? We expected a feeling of home away from home thats why we booked a long stay but it was so disappointing. The houskeeping team should either be increased or do be taught how to do a better job. Also the management should do some repairs of the showers. The taps were broken and also the shower water had no pressure which made ones stay longer in shower than necessary. The equipments in the room seemed very old and worn out including the gas cooker and the stained kitchen sink. What we enjoyed the most during our stay was the swimming pool which was clean and well maintained. Keep it up.

The hotel was good the rooms are equally good, a bit of an issue with management especially the staff there are those that give you an attitude but generally most staff were amazing and welcoming. Also there was no variety of food as stated in the menu, so you had no choice but to settle for what is in the kitchen. The prices are quite negotiable and are within a reasonable range so you save up on accommodation. The pool was amazing I enjoyed using it and the distance to the beach very close . I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to diani.
