Hotel Imperial

The hotel is big and spacious but cleanliness and attitude of the staff is a big issue! For the price of some great hotels in India, this hotel fails miserably in many ways. Cleanliness - You often find garbage ( open snack wrappers etc) in common areas like elevators etc. The room has wall stains of liquid, remote control had missing back cover, taps in the bathroom were rusted and were not cleaned properly. The room was not cleaned during the stay despite calling front desk. Air conditioning was not working in the room. Attitude: the staff does not know how to Handle complains. The front desk personal called Kriti hung up the phone on complaining about the condition on the room. The other hotel staff put a deaf ear to it. Upon asking for speaking to the property manager , they sent a technician to the room lying that he was the manager. Food: food orders were messed up and food was very oily.

Pleasant and comfortable stay.. clean room .. staff were also very helpful. ( Paridhi and Irfan - thank you so much making our stay memorable) . Breakfast was also good and location is near by Mahakaleshwar Mandir (5-8 min by auto) lovely stay..

Ujjain... I really enjoy the trip with my family It's really very Enjoable Trip. I really love The Hotel Imperial All the staff are very helpful and cooperative in nature specially Miss Kirti I visit all the temples Specially Mahakal temple

Good and excellent service. Rooms are awaysome. Food excellent. Nice service. Good for might stay. Paridhi and mohit good nature Good experience with hotel. Mahakal tample is nearer. All other visiting places are nearer to hotels. Transportation is available.

We had a very Pleasant and excellent experience during our stay here.Very warm welcome by Kartavya and Paridhi at reception . Kartavya was quick in check in and check-out,his behaviour was very professional polite and helpful we even got and upgrade to suite ,arranged for transport for darshan and for Railway station.Not to forget our Room at the Hotel was clean hygienic comfortable Nice interior and cozy .In room dining Food was excellent and housekeeping was good.Paridhi even gave us a farewell Gift nice gesture... will definitely visit again with Family.

Hotel imperial is very close to the temple and railway station It is very good place very neat and clean The hospitality of the housekeeping is on time They are very polite in nature The bellboy is also ready to give hospitality quickly......

Special attention to Paridhi and Kartavya they have been very helpful and provided alot of help and helped us with extra day which we wanted to take due to some personal reasons Room was very cleanliness Provided with water and all the other facilities .
