The hotel is still undergoing refurbishment and hence my stay was not pleasant. The staff members had to keep changing my rooms as they were not soundproof and were very noisy. The breakfast service was also appalling. Staff members didn't know how to communicate properly and the food was mishandled. It felt very unhygienic. There is a lot of room for improvement for this hotel. I also felt that the rates charged for the service and rooms provided are quite high.
