衞生狀況良好， 設施，但新裝修的房子還是有點味道的。 環境，隔音效果很差，隔壁説話跟吵架一樣，清清 楚楚，還是半夜11點多，差點報警。 服務，服務還是到位的，幫忙弄投影，半夜還上樓提醒客人不要大聲喧嘩。 門口停車位緊張，門前還是導向車道。附近都是賣五金零件的小門臉，吃飯不是很方便。 很久沒有遇到收按金的酒店了，這次收了100元按金。

Best but a little find to hard hotel in Dezhou. (surrounded by a small shopping arcade) I've stayed at all the best ranking hotels in Dezhou and finally came across staying here at the Manxin which toped them all. Clean rooms and great facilities. The general manager was very helping, kind and fluent in english and the staff were excellent which made my stay even better. Breakfast was also at the same level. Good International hot food although they may want to work on some items like the bacon and ham. A must stay if you are in this area. (3 nights/suite room)
