Lots of pebbles on Bluff Beach at Devonport. There’s a microwave, cutlery, plates, bowls etc provided. Other than coffee and tea also included a packet of Macadamia nuts. The bathroom and toilet design could be better."

"My husband and I stayed for nearly a week and enjoyed a very pleasant experience overall. The only minor inconvenience was when the smoke alarm was triggered in the communal laundry and we didn't know who to contact. We were pleasantly surprised to find our unit had been recently renovated, making it much more comfortable compared to our previous stay a couple of years ago. Although our unit did not include a balcony or view, this did not detract from our stay — we were still able to relax and enjoy watching the rain fall from our windows. The accommodation was clean, fresh, and well maintained, and we look forward to returning for our next visit."

"We were so looking forward to staying in a tiny house as we live off grid ourselves and were interested to see how others do it. Unfortunately we were disappointed to say the least. We stayed at Colonial Blue. The exterior of the tiny house looked quite run down and the cottage garden was very overgrown and unkempt. We were aware that the bathroom was in a separate tiny house but didn't realise that you had to go down several stairs, along a gravel path and then up more stairs to the bathroom. Made night time trips to the loo awkward to say the least. There was also quite an odour coming from the loo. We are used to composting toilets and the ones we use do not smell!! The bathroom itself was lovely but no bathrobes as advertised on the website. Disappointed that the bed wasn't in the loft area as that would have given more room inside. Also a microwave would be a nice addition for heating up takeaways or prepared food. Kitchen was well stocked but no chopping board! The outside furniture was not sturdy and we had to be careful sitting on the chairs as they felt like they were going to give way at any moment. All in all we had a very disappointing experience considering all the wonderful reviews I read before I booked. For what was offered I felt it was overpriced."

"Mi dispiace che il cioccolato sia già andato via. Era un Kit Kat. E la bottiglia di plastica era nostra, ma la birra e altri regali sono sempre apprezzati per un giorno di vacanza a Tassie. Il prezzo era fantastico, solo $180 per una 4 camera adulta anche se solo due di noi sono rimasti, anche $90 ea è buono sul nostro bilancio, ma $45 se fosse 4 sarebbe sorprendente, quindi portare più amici la prossima volta è ideale. Un bel paesaggio di una vecchia città piatta, non distrutta da scavi e da belle montagne in fondo, un'occhiata di cose che mi aspetto di venire."

"Wow, what a wonderful stunning location, you have built here we stayed in Villa 256 for three nights I must say it was luxurious. Well appointed and very very comfortable. Spent a lot of time relaxing outside watching the cows, the outdoor bath which was great with the fire going The kitchen is well appointed we cooked up some great breakfast using the breakfast boxes for purchase. These were very well stocked with beautiful fresh produce. We also purchased extra danishes and croissants and a cheese platter box which was just lovely to have in the afternoon with a glass of wine. The location is fabulous. We did a lot of little short day trips around the beautiful countryside and then came back to the beautiful villa and relaxed. Devonport was only 10 minutes away to visit and has some great restaurants. We also treated ourselves because this was a special occasion and had a private chef organised through the cove to come and cook in the villa, this was a fantastic experience. The chef was lovely friendly and the food was fabulous. Looking forward to coming here again. It really is a very beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery."
