Hotel in zona Barda Wildlife Park, Devbhoomi Dwarka

Excellent stay and peaceful location and excellent service from the sudip goutham and monika and it was a clean and stylish room with a beautiful swimming pool view and excellent room service.

I really liked that it was clean, neat and well organised. It was a comfortable room to stay in, just wished it had a fridge so it would have been more practical but it was a good, fun stay! there wasn't really a fridge in our room and i could hear the crying babies/children that were screaming next door (not sure what was happening) but it was quite loud and we could hear it from our room.

We been during Diwali 2022 hence due to heavy occupancy room tariff was quite high in comparison to service we received. Location is close by to Dwarkadhish Temple, Gomti River & many local food outlets but still not advisable. We received rooms after sitting for 2 hrs long by getting a check out. But Hotel didn’t even clean room or provide us fresh towels / toiletries. Room was so dirty used by early occupant full of sand & no etiquette to atleast clean room and provide us with basic amenities after a hectic journey & waiting. Also, had to call hotel reception to switch on the main connection for Lights / AC / Geyser even as their main switch was been handled by operator at Reception only. In House restaurant also takes time to provide even Tea / Breakfast. We had to accommodate as choice was limited but the service was pathetic. However we did ask for room just to get freshen up as we had just had a day for Dwarka Trip but the operator was so smart enough to provide rooms first to people who just needed to use rooms for hourly basis in order to make money & provide rooms to travelers who already booked in advance & waiting for rooms despite told in advance about the plan. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel as however the property is occupied they should have basic etiquette & expecting in providing services to travelers who come for pilgrimage by paying high prices for room and not getting value for money. Many hotels in the vicinity there.

Una tale peggiore esperienza: abbiamo prenotato questa stanza quando siamo arrivati a Dwarika e il proprietario ci mostra una stanza di sopra piano dove si può vedere il tempio di Dwarkadish e oceano chiaramente, ma la stanza era confusa e il bagno era disastroso. Ma abbiamo scelto la stanza per la sua posizione. Poi usciamo a Dwarka Darsh e quando siamo arrivati all'hotel stasera, il proprietario ci ha detto che AC non funziona, quindi vi stiamo trasferindo in un'altra stanza e allo stesso tempo mostra la nostra stanza ad un'altra famiglia perché offrono 200 rs extra da noi. Quando discutiamo di questo, allora ha detto ok non ti muoviamo. E poi dopo 10 minuti si spegne la AC alle 7:30 e ha detto che la AC sarà aperta alle 9:30. Non ci ha detto di questa regola prima . Così abbiamo appena lasciato l'hotel e prenotato un altro hotel. Una peggiore esperienza in Dwarkadish . Non prenotare questo hotel. Ci sono così tante buone opzioni diverse da questo.

Il posto è molto ereditato e spazioso. Il personale è gentile e caldo. Il posto ha un pantello per le vostre esigenze in sala da pranzo. Solo una proprietà divina perfetta e grande 💯

Not the best experience so far. We had many disappoints and unsatisfied events. 1. It is not a Seaview resort. There's a construction happening, more like a new hotel/resort opening up. It is a see through view for the workers in our rooms. We had to compulsorily close our curtains for the workers to not peep in our rooms. 2. According to make my trip, the hotel would provide free commute to the Dwarka mandir, to which they blatantly denied saying that it could have been that MMT must have written but we do not offer such services. 3. The staff was not customer-friendly or service oriented. They denied carrying luggages from our car to hotel and vise versa. they also denied to escort us to the room. After check-in, we had to walk ourselves to the room with the luggage. 4. The hotel and rooms are not at all HYGIENIC. The room stinked, the washroom smelt like a dead rat. Upon requesting to clean, they again blatantly denied. The commode was full of fungus and used towels were provided by them. The bedsheet was also not clean. Watch the images on our MMT review. 5. The washroom didn't even had locks or latches. 6. The manager SANJAY PARMAR was the one to manage and of course another manager whom he denied to even know his full name or his identity. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.
