• The owners are growing their brand and currently renovating this property. • The owner seems to genuinely care about the property, the guests and the quality of service. • Overall the front desk staff is professional and cordial; but, there is on bad apple in the bunch - - a guy who is imperious and overbearing and who acts as if the guests are somehow beneath him. If you ever get flagged as a "bad guest," it was done by this guy; check your credit card bill for a "ghost charge" (i.e. one you did not make or authorize). • Given time, this property may be a quality go-to boutique hotel. Hopefully, without any "bad apples".
