The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service. This third-floor condo opens to your own private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the crystal white sand and gorgeous emerald green waters. The unit has updated furnishings, 2.5 bathrooms, a washer/dryer in your unit for your use and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs.
