Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming family room, and two comfortable bedrooms with a shared jack-and-jill bathroom—ideal for a family of four or two couples. Just a short three-block stroll takes you to breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over Destin’s stunning emerald waters and sugar-white sands. And for those traveling with furry friends, we're pet-friendly—just let us know in advance (a $299 non-refundable pet fee applies with approval). A security deposit and signed rental agreement are required after booking. Perfect for our family of 4 This 2 bedroom was perfect for our small family. We rented a golf cart but the distance to the beach is easily walkable. We took advantage of the beach chairs and beach towels provided by the owners. The WiFi was fast and tv service was also provided. I would recommend this home!

Great location, close to the beach We had a great stay. The house is a couple of blocks away from the beach, short 7 minutes walk. Beach toys, chairs and a wagon provided by the host helped a lot There's a lot of things to do in the area and everything is just a short drive away

Great home and location! The house is the perfect size for a family of 4. Close to the Beach and plenty of attractions. We walked to the Beach daily. I would highly recommend staying here if given the chance. Will definitely look for it again if we go back to Destin.

Cute house and convenient walkable neighborhood All we needed for the 2 of us and the dogs. Enjoyed the screened in back porch and walking the dogs thru the neighborhood. Close to the beach!

WONDERFUL BEACH COTTAGE! This cottage was amazing! It felt just like home! I loved the front porch and the screened in back porch - so comfortable! The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and easy to get to the things we wanted to do! Owners were so responsive and helpful! Loved it, would definitely stay there again!
