This was the third stay at this hotel in a year where I had the same experience of having to unload a week's travel luggage for my wife and I from my car with no luggage carts available from the hotel. This hotel with over 170 rooms only has a total of 3 luggage carts and they are never available as the lucky few who snag one keeps it in their room so they will have one when they go to check out. The local workers are embarrassed about it and one of the front desk workers kindly volunteered to help my wife and I unload the car by hand and carry each piece to the elevator and room. I don't see this issue as just a local problem, it is a HILTON problem that they won't address, and it is ruining their reputation. I just cancelled out all of my current reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn and it will be many moons before I ever book at one again. I wanted to upload a picture of one of their luggage carts but I never saw one the whole time I was there.

La stanza era pulita. Il personale che ha gestito il check-in era sorprendente. Era molto amichevole. Era un po' deluso nel colazione. Spero che avrebbero avuto biscotti e sepoltura, ma non c'era nessuno. Sicuramente userà Holiday Inn Express. Non ho ancora una cattiva esperienza.

Gli elementi positivi di questa stanza sono: un top di scrivania che funziona come una tavola da pranzo per due (sedia da scrivania e sedia laterale); comode cuscinetti, fogli di qualità e assorbenti elevati; e personale che erano focalizzato sul cliente. Mio marito si è divertito con il riclinatore. I danni erano: mancava l'argento e non c'era nessuna parte di ricambio; un nodo di tempore controlla l'elettricità al piano di sopra (stava mancato e il pranzo era un po' ritardato mentre il personale trovava un sostituto); Gli utensili da cucina erano molto limitati - solo una forca e una spatula dura - per favore aggiungere una grande spatula e forse una spatula di gomma; avevamo solo 1 muffa e il cameriere ci ha portato due corrispondenti. Per un motel a lungo soggiorno, i prodotti da cucina/divorzio forniti sono molto limitati. Anche se questo non ha nulla a che vedere con noi, si prega di notare che Candlewood Suites non serve un colazione complimentare. Proveremo di nuovo questo marchio e inventeremo la cucina all'arrivo, così non siamo in ritardo al pranzo.

They shouldn't even bother to be claiming they have a breakfast because it was nothing but a joke, as you can see in the photos I took when we went have the breakfast we had been told was from 6am - 9am. All the food that was present when we got there at 7am were 3 small packaged muffins (I took the photo showing the one that was left after we took 2 of them) and a few granola bars. That was it. No sign of even containers of the other items they deceptively show in their photos (e.g. no cereal containers, no fruit, no pastries). There was coffee but 2 of the 4 dispensers on the juice machine were labelled with signs reading ”No Work”, and the ones that did work contained watered down juice. There was a small refrigerator on the counter which I opened only to find it completely empty. It was obvious that they never intended anyone to really eat breakfast because the chairs in the dining area were upside down on top of the tables. The the price we paid to stay there, we expected more, much more. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1 is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Worst hotel experience ever and I’m still dealing with it. Steven, the night manager, is a liar. The elevator is broken and has been for some time now and I was told it will be for awhile. They put us on the 3rd floor. We decided it was fine and would deal with lugging all our luggage up three flights of stairs as a family of 5. The hallway outside our room was 88 degrees per the thermostat on the wall. Again, we would deal with that since it wasn’t our room. We drop our luggage and go eat. When we get back it’s after 9:00 and getting ready for bed. We notice the A/C in the room is not getting any cooler. Our floor is sticky. Even the carpet is sticky. I go down to the front desk and talk to Steven. He was apologetic and another worker told us they’d move us to a room down the hall and wanted us to go check to make sure the A/C was working. 🚩 red flag. I ask if there was the same amount of beds and I was told yes. My husband goes down to check and there were not enough beds. So I go back down to the front desk and tell them. Steven looked very surprised by this. He then says he can move us to the first floor. I ask if there’s the same amount of beds. He tells me no. They don’t have any more suites available. I send a text to my husband and he says no he doesn’t want to lug all the luggage and kids down and still have to squeeze into the beds. I tell Steven that my husband said no he didn’t want to move. Steven then tells me he’s giving us 3,000 points and he got the price down to $75. I said okay. Never did I say we were leaving the hotel or wanted to check out. At 7:30 the following morning we were awoken by someone trying to come in our room. The door opened and hit the lock bar. Scared all of us. My husband goes out to see what it’s about and a man is standing there saying he was told we were checked out and he needed to fix the A/C. This was news to me because me and Steven never had that conversation. 30 minutes later, the same guy and a front desk clerk both come up and told my husband we were checked out. So after getting all the kids up and around we load up in the car and I go to check out. Cherita at the front desk was extremely rude and said she had called Steven at home and woke him up and he told her we were checked out and now to charge us the full price of the room. I said no, he said it would be $75. She was very rude so I asked for her name. She grabbed her name tag and basically pushed it in my face. I grabbed the business card for the district manager. I called and left a message for Katrina the DM. Two days later Katrina calls me and apologizes and says that’s not the way she does things. She asked for my email and said if I gave her a couple days she would send me a receipt for $0.00 balance. I thought okay. That’s great. We get home from vacation and check our credit card statement. We have been charged the full price of the room. I call the hotel and Steven answers. I explain to him w

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! This was our third stop on our family cross country road trip, and we really needed a comfortable, safe, and quiet place to stay. And that's what we got here at this location. Outside, the hotel doesn't look like much and it's a little off of the road which ensured it was quiet. The side doors to take the stairs were a little off putting (there is an elevator as well from the lobby) but overall it was safe. But the rooms! The room was very well decorated and updated. Beds were the most comfortable beds we experienced on our trip. They were very high off the ground, but that's didn't bother us. Rooms were clean, and in great condition and modern. Loved this location, and probably would stay again!
